Every month they seem to raise my bill, customer service never could explain why, would tell me my billing cycle starts on the 19th then tell me the 16th then tell me tlmy bill is due on the 5th then due on the 2nd then tell me it's due on the 10th.. would give me a $18 credit on my account and paid what they said was owed for me to get a late fee the following month because he didn't tell me it would go on the next month's bill so when I paid over the phone he told me $18 less is what I needed to pay but I needed to pay $18 more...anyone lost yet...yes this is why I went to AT&T. I cut the service of on th 17th of the month 2 days before new cycle started on the 19th and asked them how much will I owe next month they said nothing as long as u return the equipment. I returned it on the 19th and then got a bill dated the 17th for $168 called them and they said no u only owe $9..so I asked how he said taxes...I asked taxes on what he said I don't know but u owe $9. I was put on hold because he knew what he said maid no sense. New guy answers the phone I had to explain it all over again. So he gave me a $9 credit to close my account at $0. Smh was a customer since Oct 23 never df again. Every time I called I was on the phone 45+ min trying to make them make it make sense and they never could they just issued a credit every month because the had no clue why I was being over charged.

They overcharge because they've had no competition for decades in Toledo, but AT&T is rapidly spreading through town. Check the AT&T website for your address weekly. Cheaper, faster, no hidden fees for things you don't need. Buckeye will give you a hard time canceling though, put you on hold multiple times etc., hoping you'll give up. Don't!

We have had buckeye for 10 years now with no issues. The connections are always solid and the customer service is always quick and very helpful! I honestly recommend them to everyone that lives in there service area. I’ve had internet the whole time and some video at times. Never any issues with any of it. ?

Had issues with the internet being down and Trevor was able to help with my issues even at 11:00 PM. We weren’t able to get the issue resolved but the customer service was excellent!

Apparently my wifi is down due to updates in my area. It would have been nice to be provided a notification to prepare for services to be down. I happen to be working from home this afternoon and I could have made other arrangements if I was notified. Buckeye needs to step up their customer service in many ways. I cannot wait for AT&T fiber cable to come to my area to switch my provider.

Buckeye came to my home today unannounced, opened my back gate which is triple locked, then left with the gate wide open. When I let my dogs out on my lunch hour, both dogs unbeknownst to me got out of my yard and almost got hit by traffic. There is no way you can be in my yard and not know I have dogs. Their room is surrounded by windows and they are very protective of our home. I have no words and haven’t received a phone call back after calling multiple times.

The suck plane and simple. They overcharge and under deliver. They will never provide the speed you pay for. Sadly they are the only option for most of Toledo. Go to hell buckeye I hope you go bankrupt.

Nothing like calling to get a tech to come out to fix a problem and when they leave they have left you with another. Already got me for $120 a month and 2hrs on my day off and I have to call back to get the new issue fixed. Said they will send another tech out but I declined because I have a newborn that needed to be put down and company coming over. Then a "supervisor" shows up unannounced. Knocks on the door gets my dog to wake up the baby and interrupt my time with company. Appreciate it.

Internet sucks and it’s overpriced. Switching to frontier fiber optic. I’ve been waiting forever for another company to move in to our location so I can get away from buckeye. I will gladly pay more just to get away from these guys.

I had exceptional service when I reported a problem. After talking to a tech on the phone it was determined that a tech needed to come out to my house. They came out same day and problem was addressed quickly.

I gave them a time to come around 10-12 and they were late. causing me to be late. terrible service. fast food service is better with times then them.
