It was alot of fun. The bear heart was cute, the staff were friendly and sweet, the stire was clean. We did the birthday bear (the birthday bear costs how old the child is and then you pay for all accessories). The outfits were cute with halloween, Harry Potter, sports, skateboards, super heros. I will definitely be going again.

We love build a bear however we brought my son and sister in law for their birthdays. There is an older blonde-ish lady and she was rude. She made the entire experience for my 2 year old bad. She judged him for having a princess dress for his monkey. She overstuffed both animals. She also was rude to the little girl before us because she had temporary dye in her hair and roughed up shoes.

Don’t waste your money, hasn’t even been a month and mine has a hole in it and my daughter treats her stuff animals very well so don’t bother. We usually go for her birthday every year and this year I spent a very good amount for this stuff animal just for it to start falling apart! Thanks build a bear for disappointment us , save ourself the hour drive next year and go else where.

Today I took my youngest son to build a bear and had an amazing experience. Everyone there was so sweet and my son is a hugger and they didnt mind it at all. A few weeks ago I went with my oldest and had the same amazing experience. When I was a kid this store opened and never onces had a bad experience. It an amazing place where I had great memories as a kid and now making great memories with my sons. Thank you so much you have a life long customer from my family.

I had a great experience at build a bear. Quinn especially was very helpful and thoughtful. She helped me in the process of buying a stuffed animal for my girlfriend and had good ideas to share also. We will definitely be back!
