I had to wait for a log time to order. Then still got my order wrong. I wanted a royal crispy chicken and they gave me spicy. I can't have spicy. I threw it away. Thank u for wasting my mony

I go to this place everyday in the morning on the way to work for breakfast the service is always great! Rose and the other lady is very friendly. Today i went for lunch and the manager was very rude! Hollering out the drive thru window and all. Very unprofessional! He needs customer service training in my opinion! Dont know if ill go again smh

I don’t eat fast food often because the service is usually so bad. This Burger King location is the exception. They are always pleasant kind and patient. Marvin and Leonard definitely make the drive through experience top notch.

I had a disappointing experience at Burger King on secor rd. The employee's attitude was incredibly rude, and due to her error, we were charged the wrong price. When I inquired about the pricing issue, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. It's frustrating when employees take out their bad days on customers. I won't be returning to this Burger King location. I ended up being charged extra, and it was the worst service I've ever received at a Burger King. Their discriminatory actions were not only offensive but completely unacceptable. No one should have to endure such treatment when trying to enjoy a meal. I hope Burger King takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

The staff are friendly. I come here weekly twice. The only thing is i am not sure when they close the lobby . Many times when i stop by evening 7:00 . It is already closed . Expect that its my local burger king

Food is usually hot. Everything else is a nightmare. They also change rules for the app whenever they feel like it. And when we were told to come back for food the app allowed us to order they acted like we didn’t order it from them and that we were lying. Tbh drive to any other burger king or a different place to eat in general unless you have 2-3 hours to play around for your food.

I used to work at Burger King ? in Bowling green Ohio, the Carrols Corp. And I always demanded excellence? As a Team Leader, I was in charge of the kitchen and all the food that went out of it? I used to wear a headset in the kitchen when customers would order, And while they were ordering there food? I would on the sandwiches ? exactly ? what they ordered? And they got exactly that? Repeated my order back to me at the window then charged me for a completely different wrong meal. Then when I told them that’s not what I ordered when they tried to hand me the wrong meal they just shrugged and asked if I wanted that instead. Instead of just correcting their mistake they charged me again for what I actually ordered, still haven’t gotten my money back for the incorrect order, and the cherry on top is my “corrected” order was still wrong and had extra items in it that I didn’t ask for but was charged for. Manager just looked at me like a dead eyed fish when I asked for the mistake to be corrected
