Very friendly staff. Everyone was really nice. I couldn’t get the ladies name who works there but had black hair and blue eyes. She helped us with the rings, And she was very patient and friendly. She gave our kids pop it’s to keep them calm.

They're kind of rude here. Not sure about the financial aspect but I've called on the phone and have gone in and both times they were rude kind of unnecessarily, so I couldn't really get to the business part. I guess just be prepared for that

Was never acknowledged walking in, never got helped, when asked if we could look at games guy said he was off. He said take a number, which we already did. Waited another 10 minutes, nobody called any numbers and like 5 cashiers who weren't doing anything ..horrible place

Read all the comments on the Nextdoor app how they buy stolen property then want to charge the original owners to buy their own items back. That's illegal and extremely poor business practice and I won't support that and anyone who does is contributing to the theft and crime problem in Toledo.
