Smells clean at open ..always go at 10/11am , food is exspensive..eat before you go , and slow service at all registers including redemption.

Food is insanely over priced and nasty. The salad bar is disgusting. However, the staff was so amazingly patient with all the children. Waiting patiently as kids repeatedly changed their minds in what they wanted and reworking the point math over and over to let the kids choose their prize. I still loathe the place but am in awe of the quality of the staff! Great work ladies!

LONG REVIEW: I visited this establishment with family. I decided to order food. I ordered a regular order of wings and a soda. My total was $23 and some change. They gave me a pager to alert me when my food was ready, but after an hour it hadn't gone off so i went to check on it. The young man in the kitchen tells me that he had paged me already & i tell him that the pager never went off and never left my hand. He then points to wings and fries (that they tried to give to my brother 30m before when they messed up his order) & tells me that it was mine. I tell him that it couldnt be mine because I only ordered wings. He then looks through the receipts & tell me that he messed up & added fries but that the order was mine. So this cold food that had been sitting for anyone to touch was mine and i was pissed. By this time my family was going to be leaving soon and he told me that it would take a long time to make a new order. I told him to just warm it up. I thought he did but when i got to the table the chicken had been warmed but the fries were ice cold. In addition to this the wings were bbq & i had ordered louisiana hot honey, so again that was not my order like i said the 1st time, but they didnt want to own up to their mistake or waste food and im not sure which. The little girl in the front taking orders messed up everybody's stuff & screwed up the pages & when called out on it she giggled and said "my bad". By the way it was 8 itty bitty wing dings for $19 that's supposed to feed 2. They must have meant 2 toddlers and they should add that part on the menu.Also, it is no longer a place for kids. It is simply an arcade. There's no ball pits, no slides, no riding toys, just strictly arcade games for bigger kids that would have more fun at Dave & Busters. To the owner: Please do not try to pacify me with the "we'll share your feedback with the team". You've said that to every unfavorable review and clearly there has been no change. How about actually doing better like repositioning your staff or hiring new ones.I will never patronize this establishment again!

Horrible experience thanks to the staff! We never go to this location, decided to try it yesterday. The staff behind the counter, including the manager were so rude the entire time we were there. They acted like they hated their job, and it was our fault. Us adults spend a lot of money to bring the kids out to have fun at your establishment, so a smile, please, or even a thank you would go a long way! Ordered a pizza, chz bread and fries, waited a hour before asking about it again to be told they forgot to make it. Once again no apologies. Didn’t offer us anything for their mess up. Just horrible!!! If you like being disrespected this the place for you!!! For me and my family we will continue to go to another location! I know the staff won’t care at all, so hopefully the owner knows how his guest are being treated!

Not a bad place. Food was good and it had a decent selection of games. My youngest really enjoys going. Only issue I had was the staff. The gal behind the counter would not pull something from the display when there was a full bin. Said they only pull from the wall bins. Got snotty about if we didn't know what we wanted, she had other things to do. Only wanted 1 unicorn ring, nothing crazy.

We had my granddaughters 7th birthday here and it was a bad experience. First off 2 hours is not enough time for a group of kids. We bought the ultimate package and the fact that we had to ask for goodie bags and the e- points for the birthday girl is just ridiculous. She never got the chance to go in the ticket booth. Plus we were rushed off the table for the next party to come in. Five birthdays going at once. The area was crowded and people kept bumping into each other. The cost of the birthday parties are highway robbery. Not worth the $35 per child. Last time we will be fooled!

Was there today with the grandkids for a birthday celebration. Let me start by saying the kids had a blast.This review is for corporate greed. My wife and I wanted a drink. She a tea and I wanted a water.The drinks are self-service from a dispensing system.Two drink cups that were probably 10 once cups were...... wait for it...... $6:44. How can Chuckle justify that greed??? I questioned the very nice young lady if she rang it up wrong. Nope. $6:44 for 2 cups.Granted, it did include 2 lids and 2 straws. So I'd guess $1.00 worth of supplies and products.Chuck, I hope you can sleep at night.I hope and pray my other grand kids don't pick this place for their parties. I'll go, but Chuck, you got my last $6.44.

Went up with my kid to check out after waiting in line for 15 minutes the employee told me he just had to go and clock out don't say sorry or hold on a minute or nothing so I had to stand there for another 10 minutes waiting for somebody else to come to the cash register will not be

Kind of run down. Some machines were not working. The ice cream vending machine gave me a broken popsicle. We did the 90m unlimited play. Time went fast. My kid wants to come back. I'm not bringing him back though.
