Over the past few years, I have watched many movies in Standard Format and XD at this theater, and have always had good experiences. The inside of the theater has always been clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained. This is the only theater in the area that regularly plays Tamil/Telugu/Hindi movies (Indian languages), which usually get good showtimes. All large releases in these languages, as well as a few medium-scale releases, are screened here.
The XD theater is incredible, and is the best way to watch a movie here! I watched one movie in XD in June 2024 (Kalki 2898 AD). The picture in XD here is visually stunning and provides a high-quality movie-watching experience. It is more vibrant than in standard format and enhances the film! The screen is also far larger than the standard format screens here. Like the picture, the sound in XD is unparalleled by the other screens here, it provides a far more immersive experience. I highly recommend watching in XD if you have the option - especially for movies that are best experienced in premium formats. If you are not watching in XD, the standard screens are also good and are equipped with good sound systems.
The concession stand has a wide range of items for purchase. There is also a Pizza Hut express here. After it closes, a limited number of premade pizzas are still available. The pizzas from this Pizza Hut express are good. Additionally, the theater recently began selling Dippin' Dots.
There is a self-serve kiosk outside the entrance, from which you can collect tickets booked online, you can also purchase tickets from this kiosk. If you prefer, you can also book tickets at the counter. I always book online to guarantee seats and skip lines. The online booking process here (as with all Cinemark theaters) is simple, works seamlessly, and can be done through the website or app.
To conclude, Cinemark Franklin Park 16 and XD is an excellent theatre that provides a great experience. The standard screens here are good, but they pale compared to the XD screen. The XD screen offers an amazing viewing experience paired with great audio. This is also the only theatre in the area that regularly plays Tamil/Telugu/Hindi movies. The concession stand here is good and has a range of items. The self-serve kiosk near the entrance, allows you to purchase or pick up tickets easily. I highly recommend this theater!

Great prices great movies floor could be cleaner but the Monroe mall is better for movies and prices not only because of more comfortable chairs but they have had less bed bug outbreaks
