Just kinda wanting to know if East Alexis is going to reopen what's the hold up? I usually go there for fuel most of the time but been closed for seems like over a year. Just was wondering if it was going to reopen or do I got to go somewhere else kinda going out of my way to get to another circle k thanks.

You have a cashier. I wish I had caught her name but her energy is infectious and she is AMAZING. Greets everyone with a loud "hey! How are you doing today" or something equivocal to that. She's super friendly. Makes it a great experience! (Shorter black lady) I truly wish I saw her name.

This location is the most unprofessional I’ve been to. The attendant caught an attitude with me and management had signs posted on the self check out “ we are not a coin star” I will not be returning to that location.

I was buying cigarettes, a drink, and a cookie and two eggrolls. They charge me $39 and some change. After purchasing I want a receipt to see why it was so expensive. The receipt showed me I was supposed to bought José Cuervo margarita mix costing $15. I showed the lady before I walked out and she said. There is no refunds. She called her supervisor. Supervisor said no refunds. The computer they want to use is broken. Why can’t we get a refund on something we did not purchase. So all I Gotta say about Circle K is there is very bad other customer. It’s sad because they are not trying to help their customers.

Big shoutout to Assistant Manager Shannon! I had a lot of questions about Easy Pay linked to a checking account and also the preloaded option. Shannon gave clear and specific instructions on the benefits of each. I ended up with a perfect option for myself, as well as the appropriate option for a family member. UPDATE: Now their pumps screens don't work right... Pumps 1 & 2 touch screens don't work so you can't get your receipt! I told the manager but they haven't fixed it yet. Very inconvenient and no one cares.I get gas here often, but I'm frustrated that the pumps are always out of receipt paper and I have to walk inside, wait in line, and get my receipt. Also, when I try to call, their phone number is ALWAYS busy. I'm going to start going somewhere else because of these issues.
