Their tire air machine broke my valve stem and cost me $116 to fix. I’ve filled up many tires in my day and never had a problem but this one wasn’t working well, filling up slowly, and got stuck. I pulled it off and it broken my stem. I had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour with my family in the car until I could get a tow to a shop. The TPMS sensor for my car is really expensive and it should be on circle K to reimburse me and make this right. I have proof of the tow and repairs. They should remove the machine from service until it fixed.
I go here all the time for gas and lottery tickets but will always probably be taking my business elsewhere unless this gets taken care of. Management please respond.

Bathroom was filty! Garbage in floor. Sink so dirty I was afraid to wash my hands. An outhouse in Calcutta would have been cleaner.

They have crack heads working there now lol very unprofessional and sloppy. Will never shop there again. Gotta love being asked if you wanna buy drugs from the employee. Great job circle k ?just close down that store and let another company take over. Circle k is a joke, just sell to sunoco or speedway or 7 11 anything but circle k

keep your fridges stocked! honestly everytime i go in there theres hardly anything on the shelves espically cold drinks. also keeep the chili lime pork rinds in stock!

Stopped here at 10:12 p.m. to get some gas and food after work.
Was stopped by an employee at the door and told they're not letting anyone else in the store to do a shift change.
Not sure how you shut down an entire store to clock the next cashier in.

The air machine is broken. Instead of filling my tire, it depleted it to zero! I went inside for help. The clerk refunded my money but couldn't fix the machine or fill my tire. She suggested i drive over to Kroger. I can't. I have a flat tire. I asked why don't they put up a sign not to use the machine? She said I don't know, that's management's problem. I asked for the phone number for management. She refused to provide it. Fortunately, I'm close to home, and my father is coming out to rescue me with a portable air pump. If not for that, I'd be waiting hours for AAA.

I go to the one on McCord instead of this 1 because these folks would rather stand outside and smoke cigarette versus stocking the shelves. It just appears as if the manager is afraid to manage them and make them earn their keep. If you want a good running shop you need a good one. JS
