I have been with bank since 2005 and it's gotten bad. I have to pull money out of the bank today and I'm told that I can only pull a certain amount out of the bank. I need to pay money that I owe to people today. I never had to do this in the past and no one had even bothered to email me or text me this or even send anything about this change in the mail. They just drop new rules on you out of the blue. I only have one car and my husband works a lot. I only have certain days that I can run errands. It would have been nice if I was told of this new rule before I ran out to the bank. Now I have to set up an appointment to get my certain amount out. Most banks like Huntington have drive thru in which you can get money out of the bank. This bank shut there's down and you can only take a certain amount out of the ATM. Plus the banks are very, very unprofessional and nosey. I do not need a banker to tell me about how to handle my autistic children. How do you even know I have autistic kids? Just an invasion of ones privacy at every turn. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Shame on you for that. The only reason I stay with this bank is because I have too many things that would need transferred over and limited amount of time a day. But believe me I'm about ready to go somewhere else. This bank was wonderful nearly twenty years ago. It's not no more.
