Just ok. None of these Cosmoprof stores carry enough product. Advertise great sales then receive 1 or 2 in stock. So unless you camp out on the sidewalk for opening time, don't plan on getting what you went there for to begin with. Even on a regular day they don't stock correctly. I usually leave upset about something. If I travel northwest Ohio and go to the 2 toledo stores and the Findlay store, I still can't usually fill my order. Sometime just basic brown colors are not even in stock. This has been the reality since I've shopped here dating back to 2003. They need a new CEO or something. For a supply house - they don't keep us supplied the way they should.

Don’t go on Sundays! The supervisor isn’t there that day, so it’s a bunch of incapable people asking eachother questions till they say they can’t do anything for you, you get frustrated & leave. The fact that they couldn’t help me is one thing, but the attitude while doing so is uncalled for. I’m just gonna call customer service to help me from now on...at least I don’t have to leave my house for that.
