Came here today 10/22/24 to get assistance with my iPhone because out of the blue it went into SOS mode. The guy don’t know his name because he never introduce himself wasn’t helpful at all. He basically told me there is nothing he can do and it’s my phone and I could call customer service myself if I want but that’s all he would be able to do as well as call. He didn’t even take my phone , look at it , play around with it or nothing. He was playing a game on his phone and wasn’t really interested in helping me. The lady that was there yesterday was very very helpful and I assumed he was going to be and helpful, I assumed wrong. I did ended up chatting with customer service and it was a cricket issues not an Apple issue. Customer was very helpful. I have been with cricket for years but always got assistance and always had the teller communicating with customer service because they will get answered faster and they are more knowledgeable about phones. If you don’t believe me look by at your cameras on today’s date around 530pm.

Staff was friendly and polite, tried to find a screen protector for me, but they have been discontinued.

I've had cricket wireless for a number years now and I am very happy with their service. I was disappointed that when I recently talked to several representatives of cricket about the emergency broadband benefit, none seem to be able to help me. Even though their website promotes it. This has been going on for weeks and I just think if they're offering that benefit that the representatives should be more informed about it. That disappointed and frustrated me to the point of wanting to switch companies.

Don't ever damage your phone if you spend a lot of money for it cuz they will not return you have to mail it in for a replacement ,absolutely ridiculous...

I switched from Verizon and I get very good service for a lot cheaper. Have not had any problems at all with the service. Works everywhere.
