The line to get your prescription is ridiculously long and slow. That doesn’t matter if you go inside or go through the drive thru. The employees are for the most part rude and act as if you are asking them to shoot for the moon when you are simply asking them to do their job. A simple greeting and a thank you when concluding the transaction would suffice. I have taken most of my prescriptions to a different drugstore because of the continued issues with this location. I recommend any other pharmacy over this one.

NEEDS ZERO STARS FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO THE PHARMACY IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!!!! they don't answer the phone, phone rang for 40mins and STILL no answer. Prescription was in process all day long, 2wks postop and had to go up there just to get it filled, told her I was waiting for it went to get food and they were closed when I got back....I had no clue they started closing at 8. whoever was back there insisted she told me they did which she did not she definitely had me confused with someone else but that didn't stop her from getting smart and not here I am in SERIOUS PAIN.

Always friendly and helpful. I understand lunch is at a certain time but they will slam that window in your face with no words spoken. Put better signs up of your hours around the building where your line forms. I’m speaking about the Monroe and Douglas location.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s set up terribly and if you don’t go right before they close, you’ll end up waiting over 30 minutes just for your prescription not to be ready when it was supposed to be. Then you’ll have to wait for it to be ready and they’ll make you get back in another 30 minute line for it

Slow. Rude. Didn't bother asking for insurance before trying to charge then disappeared with insurance card for 15min.Extra star is for the one person at the pharmacy who was both capable and friendly.

Closing the pharmacy for a half hour in the middle of the day is stupid. I stopped to get glucose strips first and they closed the grates. Ridiculous! Sitting for 30 minutes, nice!

I don't go to many Pharmacies, but this might be the worst one ever.\\n\\nConstant texting to refill prescriptions that cant be refilled. When I do get a prescription sent there they don't actually fill it till you go in and ask them to expedite it.\\n\\nThey do not answer the phone. The whole process wants you to use the CVS app instead of them having prescriptions ready because your doctor sent it.\\n\\nAgain the DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I called and it rang and rang so I got in the car and drove there and waited in line for 40 minutes and they still didn't answer the phone. I could hear my call ringing the whole time I was in line.\\n\\nAny problem is My problem. They just dont fill things and then tell me after I waited in line to pick it up. They wont call the doctor and straighten things out if there is insurance issues.\\n\\nIt's like they are actively trying to NOT DO the things actual pharmacies do.\\n\\nSave yourself a lot of pain and time and go across the street or to any LOCAL pharmacy. The chain ones are all the same in town. But if anything, just skip this location.\\n\\nSome of the employees are really nice hard workers. They are not usually the ones who you get when you talk to someone but I just want to say there are good people stuck in a bad place.\\n\\nRecognize all the short comings are due to corporate policy and practices that go into running that pharmacy and are not directly due to any staff members. But that said, there are some ratchet people working there as well.

Britt said she's the manager and she is the rudest more disrespectful employee ever. I will never shop here again because of her. I'm inclined to believe it's because I'm a minority that she was so nasty to me in front of all the customers that she so rudely talked to me in front of. I've never been so embarrassed and felt horrible because of her treatment! Unbelievable!!

No one ever answers the phone. I’ve waited 30-60 minutes multiple different days times and no one ever answers.

Ive been a customer here for the last 8 years. The first 6 years this store was top notch. Most of my prescriptions were ready before i left the Drs office and the employees were always excellent for the most part. Calls were answered immediately. Timelines were fulfilled accurately. They did a great job all around. Over the course of the last 18 to 24 months things have slowly gotten atrocious on all fronts. I routinely wait 20 to 30 minutes to speak to someone. When i finally am able to speak to someone they always have terrible attitudes. Rarely if ever are timelines accurate. They are routinely days behind in filling prescriptions now. They are never fully staffed even during their busiest hours and days. Waiting in the drive thru is an exercise in futility. If there are more than 2 cars you will be there for a minimum of 15 minutes guaranteed. Management has succeeded in running this branch right down the toilet. Absolutely pathetic mismanaged business at its worst. Have filled my final prescription at CVS i have transferred all of my remaining prescriptions to Rite Aid. Good riddance.
