This is how it looks everytime I come here. Absolutely atrocious. There are two pick up windows and only one register ever opened. If a business has this much high demand, it’s time to start moving things along. If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. On top of that the people helping are always in a bad mood and never have it together.

The people that work at this CVS are nice and a great staff. They just need A LOT more of them. Every time I go there to get my prescription there's always the longest line in the world and takes a minimum 30 minutes.

CVS Pharmacy has really stepped up their game. The last three times I visited, the lines moved quickly and I was in and out within minutes. The staff was efficient, and everything was well-organized. It made the usually annoying pharmacy run surprisingly smooth and stress-free.

Rude af...I was in line yesterday at 1:20...took them 10 min to find the person in front of me script and when I pulled up they closed the gate on me...trash ass staff...I HATE getting my script from here...always have

CVS in Target, Monroe Street consistently has a very long wait, and far too few people helping customers. I've been going for 3 years every week, and it has never been efficient. Never. I would switch, but this prescription I get can not be transferred. Thank you.

Nice place, but a little far away for us. It didn't seem to have a lot of people in the store, but we took the last parking spot in the parking lot.

My experience today was great. Caleb was kind and compassionate and has a nice sense of humor too! This pharmacy has many caring staff people and a few cranky ones but today's experience with Caleb was wonderful.

The sheer ineptitude of this location is astounding.I received a text that my medication was ready to be picked up, and the following day I went in to pay for it. I got there at 3:15, was told it wasn’t ready. No biggie, that’s normal for this location. They say it’ll be 15 minutes.I shop around Target, come back 15 later (3:30), still not ready. Alright, a little annoying but that’s ok. I stand off to the side while they allegedly continue to prepare it.15 more minutes. The worker was kind, telling me it still wasn’t ready and trying to figure out what was happening, but not getting a great answer. It’ll be done soon.15 more minutes. I’ve been here for 45 minutes waiting for someone to get my medicine. The man comes out and says that it’s the pharmacist who was to prepare it because of what it is, and because someone showed up needing a vaccine, it was going to be 15-20 more minutes. I said “I have to leave, I can’t wait that long” since I had an appointment at 4:15, and left.You’re trying to tell me it takes over an hour to prepare pills that I was told over text were already ready for me? Either the management, the staffing, or the pharmacist here are completely incompetent. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Always fast, scripts are ready when they say! You can call and they will answer and they are friendly! My last script was accidentally sent to the wrong CVs It was sent to the one on Douglas and Monroe Street and trust me. There is a huge difference between the two of them! Target may not have a drive-through for the CVS but their customer service and their promptness make it worth walking in the store
