Absolutely disappointed and frankly appalled at the treatment my sister(maid of honor) just received at your store. I purchased my dress from you and never in my whole time did I ever feel disrespected. However my sister goes in at my request after we did research online for her to be disrespected by a man being unhelpful saying that she should look elsewhere good luck. Never in the whole time I've gone to davids bridal have I ever heard of such a disrespectful interaction from one of the staff. To top it off the phone is not even ringing so I can't even call to figure out what the problem seems to be with her trying on dresses.

I wish I could say I had a great experience like a lot of these reviews but I didn't. I had called the day of my appointment to see if I could simply come in earlier as we had spare time, and after saying I could I was hung up on. Then while there it seemed like we were a bother to my consultant. They didn't help me into any of my dresses, my aunt had to. they didn't seem to want to get other dresses for me to try on. they then got rude when they found out I had been at another shop earlier that day and I quote "why did you even come here?" They didn't clasp any of the dresses on me. If they weren't my size I had to hold them up which meant I couldn't actually look at them. It just wasn't welcoming at all :(

We did not have an appointment, so I felt like I was an inconvenience being there at first. But we made the best of it. The staff was nice. The Man that was there at the time (I wish I knew his name) he was amazing, Made us feel so welcome. After the first 5 minutes the other Lady that was there seemed to be ok. Maybe she was worried about her appointment time coming in a little after we got there. We did purchase a dress and it was the one that she suggested, which was amazing. So I thank all of your staff for making it a great experience over all

Jess was amazing!!!! I highly recommend her! I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. She listened to me and made several helpful suggestions. She picked out a color and style that looked really great on me! I really appreciate the time she took to make sure I was happy and I absolutely love my dress! Thank you!

I just recently went bridesmaid dress shopping with all of my bridesmaids. We spent most of our time deciding between two dresses and finally chose the dress. At the end of our hour appointment, they told us the dress I chose didn’t have my color. Very upsetting that we spent most of our time deciding on a dress that didn’t have my color. We even made it clear what my color was at the very beginning. The two stylists were also quite pushy when making decisions and rather rude to my family members. I highly do not recommend this store.

We had an amazing experience at David’s Bridal thanks to Samar our bridal consultant. She was confident, yet sweet and very accommodating! She listened to my daughter’s desires for a dress, and with her expertise, brought a group of dresses for my daughter to try on! Thanks to Samar’s professionalism, time and talent my daughter left with the dress of her dreams and a beautiful veil to match! I would highly recommend that you request Samar if you’re planning on trying on dresses at David’s bridal on Monroe Street in Toledo, Ohio! You will not be disappointed!
