Says open until 10pm online but is currently closed. This isn’t the first time happening.General Manager or Store Manager should be more proactive about updating hours when this occurs.

A huge thank you to the manager at Bancroft. She was very polite to me and my husband and took care of our situation with no problem! Very sweet girl. She has a nice team they greeted us upon entry something we’ve never gotten over there. I love the turn around at this store! Thank you again we need more managers like you in the community. Keep being great.

Got there at 915 Monday in the am. No one there to open store.This happens quit a bit

Just walked up there only to find a sign saying temporarily closed with an employee just inside the locked doors looking at me with confusion.shelves always bare and stock clogging the aisles consistently.!!
