Was there today around 10:30 this morning. Floor was cluttered (as usual) and cashier was rude. Second store farther up on Summit has poor customer service. Considering not patronizing either one of them anymore and going to Family Dollar instead. Service there is much better.

Store is always clean, products are always stocked, and workers are always friendly and helpful. However their district manager and up are TRASHHHH. The doors on the front of the store are broken, forcing them to remain open during the harshest of weather. I spoke with corporate and nothing was resolved, the employees pleaded with upper management in vein, nothing has changed. I have never seen such clear disrespect and disregard for a businesses employees and their health. I hope the area managers warm and comfortable reading this while his e.ployees are freezing atthe register right next to those doors. It's supposed to be 30 degrees tonight, dic
