What's the point of having this store when there never open never organized or cleaned

Sometimes messy and unorganized inventory....expired foods. Cashier's always on their phones. If you're not buying food and like rude customer service it's a quick stop.....maybe because they open whenever they feel like opening on a Wednesday they opened after 9:30 as m so my quick stop before court was ruined.
