  Destinie is the best! I never loved my nails result as much as what she did for me. It's been 2 weeks and it did not get flaky where my hair used to stuck in between my nails and the gell. Beautifully made with heart 💜💜💜
  I got it done somewhere in 2 different places and usually get peeled off with my work activity, but this stays really good.
  This was my first time with her and will definitely go back.

  Love this place! It works well for me because I can drop in when I have time. Typically I don’t have to wait very long and no matter who has done my service it has been great. If I do not like the way something came out I tell them before I leave and they fix it. Prices are reasonable always friendly

  I’ve been here twice now and both times they have been unnecessarily rough. The first time I had a woman and my hands actually hurt from my manicure. This time I had a man and my pedi he was so rough he made me bleed and I actually pulled my foot back in pain and was bleeding. I now have a giant blister/redness all around my big toe and I’m worried it’s infected as it’s swollen. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ll never go back after this. A mani/pedi shouldn’t hurt!

  I’ve been a customer since 2021 - so I should have written this review a long time ago. I highly recommend Bonjour Nails! I’m greeted with a friendly hello and smile on each visit. Every nail stylist is skilled and responsive if I have a request.

  Rude asian guy! Came to me to ask who’s paying for the service while just started. He said he wanted to make sure who’s paying like whattt!!! Was hella confused.

  I drive from Perrysburg to Bonjour and it's my new fav salon around! My last set of gel nails lasted FOUR and weeks (of course they were super grown out) but they were still on, which is incredible!!!! I have never had that experience with gel before- usually they peel in 2 weeks (3 max!!). Tiana has done such a wonderful job & is super friendly and welcoming- even when I had to bring my two babies along!

  $140 for two person’s traditional pedicure and my husband only got 15 minutes service. Total waste of money!
  
  I took my husband here for his first pedicure, and it was a complete disappointment. We both started at the same time, but while my technician began working on me right away, my husband had to wait 30 minutes before anyone even got to him. When they finally started his service, it was rushed and finished in just 15 minutes—completely unacceptable for a “traditional pedicure” that costs $49 before tax and tip.
  
  I also got the traditional pedicure, and mine took nearly 55 minutes, as it should. While my husband didn’t need nail polish, the service should still include a proper massage, hot towels, and the full experience. Instead, his technician barely massaged his leg for one minute and sped through the entire process.
  
  The manager’s explanation? “That’s how it’s supposed to be because men don’t need nail coloring.” What a ridiculous and unprofessional response. It felt like we were being ripped off. Our wait time was longer than the pedicure itself!
  
  Save your money and go somewhere else—this place is not worth it.

  I had a 1:30 appointment and 50 minutes later it was clear to me I still was not going to get helped. They said they lost their internet and their scheduling. They should have been honest and told me it would be over an hour wait.

  Stopped by impulsively wanting acrylics
  or gel x. Ended up with acrylics. Everyone there was extremely kind and pleasant to
  be around. Highly recommend. The only thing was the pricing. The starting price showed for acrylics is lower than it actually is. Overall though, it was a great experience and next time I am visiting I will be sure to stop by!

  Beautiful salon but looks are deceiving!! The pedicure bowls are dirty and the owner is very rude!! It’s not a peaceful environment.
