FedEx gets zero stars from me. Had to give one star to post it. I had my package diverted from my home to the FedEx office so I didn't have to stay at home waiting for a driver to show. Well they are only open till 6:00pm and for three days in a row the driver has tried to deliver it to a closed office FedEx customer service from some foreign land tells me they can't change the address back to the original location. So I had to call the seller and have them call FedEx to change the address. They were sympathetic with my issue and said they would handle it. We shall see. I will never have anything shipped by FedEx again!!
