Listed as a passport acceptance facility, I walked in with all my forms and photo. The goofball told me I'd have to fill out a form through their site first. Did that, paid a $150 fee and the guy printed out the same DS-11 I walked in with then told me I'd have to go to the address listed on the page to finish.
I asked why he just told me to pay for the form I walked in with and he awkwardly laughed. Easy dispute, more pissed about the waste of time, and credentials Fed-Ex has lost associating with a 3rd party scam company.

Damon was amazing! Helped me get my print and go order together while at the same time doing a shipment and helping an elderly lady figure out copying! 5stars for him!! I’ll bring my business here everytime just on the fact that customer service is great

Every time I go to FedEx there is one person named Damon on Bancroft St. Who always has the time and patience to help me with whatever I need help for. I am so thankful that he works there.

I make regular orders from different Fedex office stores across the country for my business and I must say the service in this specific store , relatively to other Fedex stores, and objectively as a customer, is the worst. There isn't a task small enough that it isn't over their head. Simply a bunch if highly incompetent people!If you can - Stay away!

Carol from the Bancroft location was very rude. So rude to the point I had to ask her to stop yelling at me just because she’s “busy” and “frustrated.” I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Thank goodness I had an employee present to get me her name to leave this review. I will not ever come to this location nor will I recommend since this wasn’t my first time running into issues with good service.
