This location needs to hire employees who actually want to work here. Jamey delivered a poor customer experience. She lacked professionalism and wasn’t knowledgeable of products or services. At one point of our interaction she spoke to me from across the room and was visibly annoyed at the fact I wanted to consult with her for a print project. It is for this reason I took my business elsewhere. FedEx please train your employees to be customer centric especially in a day and age where your competition is plenty.

Went in for a passport photo because the website said they will print the photos and mail the application. I thought this would save me from making 2 stops. Well, at this location the employee assisting me repeatedly said that he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is bad at taking passport photos. To his credit, Sammy asked other employees to look at his work (only 1 other customer was in the store and there were 5 employees in front), but they all were dismissive and everyone was having personal conversations while I stood waiting. Only after the photos were printed did he tell me they can’t ship the application because it goes to a PO box.If I had known FedEx apparently doesn’t train their employees to take these photos and can’t mail the passport application, I would’ve gone to Walgreens for my photos as I’ve done in the past since I have to go to the post office another day to mail them anyway. I hope Sammy’s photos pass the test for my application.

I needed a headlight for a vehicle shipped from this location to a suburb of cleveland. The distance this item needed to travel is a total of 118.8 miles. I called this location and asked for a quote and they said I would need to bring it in or provide dimensions. I elected to take time out of my busy day to get an exact price. Upon my arrival everyone was friendly and gave me an all inclusive price of $77. I decided to reach out to my customer and verify this was ok with him. He agreed while this was extremely expensive it will work. Upon my arrival I was greeted by “Jon” he was helpful and prepared everything to be shippped. Upon request for payment Jon explained the total is $87.47. I explained to him I came in personally earlier in the day and requested a price to ship and w price would be $77. Jon was unmoved by my request for him to honor the price quoted earlier in the day. He explained that the price stands and there is nothing he can do. I look up in shock at his name tag and it displays that he is the district manager. If the district manager does not have the autonomy to honor a price quoted in person by his team with the item on the counter this location/district has much bigger issues. I am now out of an additional ten dollars and some change, this however is not the cause for complaint. The cause for complaint is being told a fictional price, then when the time arrives to ship the package (a mere few hours later) the price suddenly jumps up nearly $11. If you do elect to use this business, make sure you get everything in writing when getting a quote to ship something.

This is a store that needs to just close - period. Half the time they are closed due to lack of help (best part is - they will send their help to other stores, then close themselves because they have none - brilliant!) Apparently the regional manager is also asleep or unaware.

Alex and Zach were very friendly and professional. I was dreading having to go in and print invites but they made the process so easy. I truly appreciate their hard work ethic and friendly customer service!

Shipped a package to Canada, $103 for it to be there in 2 days. The clerk did not tell me that shipping out of country would have the person receiving the package would have to pay "Duties and taxes" on their end. The person could of been prepared to pay for it or i could of paid for it, but to be honest neither of us should have to pay for something that cost that much in shipping. FedEx is ripping people off and I will never use them again

Fine facility but as a business you have to post accurate hours in this day and age. Both Google and your website show that you open at 9:00am yet the sign on your door shows 10:00am.

I just dropped off a package (hearing aids). The young lady that helped was great for FedEx the customer. She asked sharp questions to get the info required. Not everyone in the store knew the info and worked quickly (except spelling the last last name).
