The manager Megan Nowak is a LIAR!! She will act like she cares and is going to help you, but of course you get the usual FedEx Customer Service! Absolutely Nothing! Broken promises!
FedEx Sucks!! Please read my story! I needed to send an extremely important packet overnighted to a government agency that the address came from a government website! The packet never arrived at its destination. Instead FedEx sent it to a FedEx service center where it sat for 2 months!! There was a $700 cashier check, all my personal information and I started trying to get my packet returned. The Manager Megan Nowak @ FedEx Office Print and supply said she was going to help me get my Packet returned. She was absolutely no help what so ever. FedEx said they through my packet away! I have been spending these past several months getting the word out about FedEx! I will not buy from company’s that ship using FedEx!! I call each and every one of them and if they can not arrange other shipping options I don’t buy from them! I have a website I am almost ready to release FEDEX STILLSUCKS.com. It explains how my FedEx resolution specialist told me I should have used the Post Office. FedEx only cares about companies and not the individual customer. I WILL NEVER SHIP FEDEX AGAIN. The FedEx employees at this location were unbelievably helpful in my situation. Very nice, reassuring, and willing to go the extra distance to help you. Highly recommend their services!

This place is awesome. Very busy but the staff was great, fast, and very polite. There is a kiosk where you can take care of returns if you're all packed and ready to go. Or if you bring something in that doesn't need a box, they even supply poly bags for your return.
I used to go to one in the larger neighboring City and they made it feel like they were doing me a favor simply by taping a box.

I had two ebikes due to be delivered by FedEx. Since I knew I would be out of town on the scheduled delivery day (10/3/23), and that this delivery required my signature, I used a FedEx service to hold my delivery at this office. I planned to pick the bikes up the next day (10/4/23).However, this FedEx office refused to accept and hold my delivery. Then, someone at that office claimed I had refused delivery, even though I was 300 miles away at the time. They refused to explain why they wouldn't hold my delivery, or why they continue to lie about it.Judging by the many negative reviews on this site that Fedex has failed to address, I don't really expect any response or action by FedEx on this one. Just be forwarned. There's something very, very wrong with this FedEx office. Better to avoid it.

This office is TERRIBLE, AVOID!!! if you have to pick up a package bring every possible documentation you have because they don't want to deliver packages. I showed a driver's license and the tracking # and order info on my phone and that was not enough for them to release the pkg. I wasted 45-60 minutes on a simple pick up that should have taken 1 minute. These people are completely lacking in common sense. I recommend avoiding FedEx and this office. The UPS office in Maumee is much more customer friendly and helpful.

print service - Order ready for pick up early. I was printing my wedding invitations that I designed and they were packaged neatly, and turned out exactly as expected. Carrigan G. was friendly and helpful and got me in and out quickly. Very easy service to use.

I had a *very* last-minute bulk printing job. Every staff member with whom I interacted was kind and helpful, even calling to confirm additional cuts I might want made on the document. They were already overworked with a very full print load, but were able to fit in our rush job within a few hours.

1:30 on a Saturday, just looking to send a package but nobody is home. Unreliable deliver, and now unreliable drop off too. We’ll done. You know who is home though? The UPS store.

Theres a lady there named Michelle, who i believe is to be abusing her position. I don't just go calling anybody racist but the way i heard her speak to her other black employee was unacceptable. I hope the poor girl she was talking to gets healing.

There is a manager named Michelle behaving in an abusive and racist way towards the workers there. She should be fired or should correct her abusive behavior as it looks like it's been going on for a while.
