Spend 50 minutes in the branch to make a deposit and get change. I asked the teller what’s taking so long I was the only person on his counter for fifty minutes. He said he is new.

53 screwed my small business out of $15,000 for cashing a check from a client, who attempted fraud to get money and product for free. 53 sided 60 days later and drained us. Stay clear if you run a small business. Expect 0 help, like running a business isn't stressful enough. You don't need these clowns.

I had, or I should say I 'still have technically' checking and savings accounts with fifth third bank. When I asked to close them due to their constant taking money from my accounts, they bank manager demanded that I give him $100 for each account to be closed. I am certain that had they told me when I opened my account that there would be a $200 fine to free myself from their monthly tricks that they use to get money from my accounts I would have never banked with them. I have zero balances in my accounts now, if they ever demand money as ransom for the accounts, I will notify them to the Better Business Beaurau. The manager of fifth third is a snake, liar, and con artists. Do not trust them!

Fifth Third bank changed their checking account program to allow themselves to steal money from your accounts based upon their new "rules". When I tried to discuss the scam with the bank manager, he had the insulting nerve to actually ask if I've ever "checked to make sure my wife wasn't a transvestite before I married her". (No joke, he really did ask me this in front of my wife.) -Thieves who cast insult upon injury with a smile. -That's Fifth Third bank.
