Thank God for people like Ian & Devin and also auto shops like Firestone that are open on the weekends!!! Long story short, I live in Michigan & my daughters and I were traveling south to visit my mother when I had gotten a flat tire. Turns out I had 2 screws in my one tire & my other one completely lost air due to needing a wheel alignment.. My mother came to rescue us and that very next morning I called 5 different auto shops with them all telling me the same thing, they wouldn’t replace just my 2 tires that I needed to replace all 4 even though I just had brand new tires put on my car not even 3 weeks prior.. I called Firestone & Ian told me he can get my 2 tires put on (only if my front ones were actually new, which they were) and an alignment before they closed today. I walked in there around 1:30 and was out the door by 4! I can’t thank you guys enough, great customer service thank you!!! 🙏🏻 😊

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and didn't try to push services. I came in with a set price and the end result was lower what I expected to pay. They called me and explained the work that I was looking to be done and picked up the same day!

Came here to get a full estimate on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo repairs/labor after seeing Tuffy in Perrysburg.
Very honest and upfront they are here!! I loved the service I received from when I walked in, to getting accurate repair information/instructions, and lastly to checking out and paying the fees needed. They basically told me Tuffy had no idea what they were talking about and were trying to charge me more than what was needed!!
Can’t thank Jodie (I believe the mechanic’s name was who looked at my Jeep) enough for how honest and helpful he was in showing and explaining to me what was the root of the problems going on!
Turns out it isn’t as bad as I thought from what I already was aware of!!
Pricing isn’t too bad here either! I paid $21.99 (not including taxes) to get the complete car inspection. I paid $117.99 (before taxes) to get the full Diagnostic Testing (Electrical Analysis) done as well. They also replaced my tire Lug Nuts as well for a small fee.
Waited a good 1.5/2 hours like quoted when I checked in so that was a plus! I feel more confident in their ability to fix my Jeep and help diagnose all issues. Definitely will stick to Firestone S Bryne Rd for all my car issues/maintenance needs.!!
Thanks Staff for making this 24 yr old single mother feel more confident with her 2011 Jeep GC Laredo and also making this process as clear and simple as possible!

Ian and Devin took great care of me last weekend. I was at my son's swim meet in Bowling Green and was stranded with a flat tire. I was able to get my spare swapped but the closest shop open on a Sunday on a holiday weekend was 30min away. I watched these two manage the shop like pros - helping drivers who just popped in for some air in their tires on the coldest day of the year, to juggling the daily schedule with limited resources and people like me with emergencies. They got me back on the road in time to see my kid's last race and got us home safely on a full set of new tires. THANK YOU both for helping us out and it was a pleasure watching you serve your community!
