Really Bad Place to Go. I got a Ford Escape 2013. Paid 700$ down payment. I was told my car note was due in two weeks unless I pay another 200 down. So, 900 down payment. No service lights. Two weeks later service light. Took the car to the local Ford company. They put in my VIN #& told me that the car came from Canada & the motor is about to go. Three day later, the motor was gone. I call First Choice, I was told there service guy was gonna call me. I never got that call. A month later, they called asking for payment. I explained what happened. The lady was very disrespectful. They came & got the car & never got back in touch with me. So, i feel so screwed. I lost 900$ like that. I feel rapped with no protection . They should pay for doing people like this. I don't have the energy to go & fight this in court. So, please don't go here. Nothing good about these people

Don’t get a car from here they’re crooked and have bad cars I promise you dealing with this place you will regret it is so many better places to go to ….My transmission went out after having my car since march. They still expected me to pay a 600 dol car note insurance for their benefits. They are rude. N these reviews don’t believe they ask for you to put a good review when you purchase a car. ALLAHA LA YAHIBBU ASH-SHAR

So this place does make it easy to get a car.... upfront. what they don't tell you is soon as you pay the first down payment AND purchase insurance before you pay for the car, you also have to pay another 700 for tax and title within the month. You also must keep insurance the entire time or you can not (by your contract) keep the car which has to have and the insurance will be high because of their requirements.. They will work with you if you are late on payments, they will give you maybe an extra week to reinstate insurance. Always call, they will try to work with you. After that their hands are tied. They are friendly enough. The car we got from them came with problems, air filter had oil in it, ac would scream when turned on, overheating issues, a loud scream when the radio was on and a leaky sunroof when it rained it would get inside the car. Giving an honest review to help others who decide to come here. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I was happy to get the car but now I'm happy to get rid of a lemon.
