I wish I would had seen these results earlier on my shows. One is good, the other is not. This only means one is leather and the other pleather. While I should have known something with them being a steal of a deal price; I didn’t think anything about it, until I started seeing the cracks in my shoes over a year later. I’m not hard on my shoes at all; in fact these are nearly 4 years old. I still have the receipt and the box they came in. I’ll never shop there again because of this!!!

A one star is way more than I would’ve ever given them, but I did not have a choice to leave them a zero star! I purchased a pair of $200 shoes from them and they’re defective and they tell me that it’s not their problem and they can’t do anything about it! I’m pretty sure they should be exchanging them for a pair that’s not defective and the snippy worker that argued with me named Iris is a horrible store employee and should be fired! I told her they were defective and she said pretty much “it’s not my problem“ Then proceeded to argue with me very snippy and ask me how long ago I bought them and how many times have you warn them I worn them? My answer was twice for about an hour and the bottom of the shoe peeled off and these are $200 shoes! You could tell they were brand new and that the bottom just peeled off because it was a clean break and no scuffs or damage to the shoes! And you can’t take care of your defective merchandise? Again her reply was “not my problem”! They need to hire some employees that care about customers and not argue with them and be snippy with them and act like a fool! I would never recommend this store, there’s a bunch of kids working there who looked like they were probably under 18 with an attitude! Don’t buy anything from their store though, because they do not stand behind their merchandise or take care of anything that’s defective! Sad that a well known store has stooped to this level to hire this type of employees! They will lose a lot of business with these type of employees!

They sold us defective shoes and when we went in to exchange them they told us they aren’t responsible. The lady we talked to was extremely rude and told us “I don’t think I make the shoes so you need to call Nike” her name is Iris. We won’t shop there again.

finally found nice Jordans for my grandson decent price, but.... couple workers we're rude, only one young lady was VERY nice. I needed my receipt printed and she made sure I got it, bc .. the other girl was acting like I couldn't get it, she didn't know how but... the nice worker showed her it still was retrievable!!!
