The staff here are insanely rude and disrespectful to their employees. A staff member decided to share her negative opinion about how I looked in an outfit I was trying on. Completely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and I recommend that you don’t either.

I just recently went to this location and surprisingly what made it so horrible was a manager. A female manager was yelling at an employee, who was folding and actually cleaning the store, for doing their job. This manager was just standing there with her iced coffee yelling at this poor employee for supposedly sorting the wrong rack of clothes. This was horrible, retail is bad enough but to yell at your employee infront of customers that could use your help then do nothing. I wanted to go ask this employee if they were okay because no one should be treated like that at their job.

The cashier was nice but we told her no email sign up. She kept pushing it and claimed it was only for the receipt. We clarified again “it’s only for receipt not singing up for email subscription right?” She again said no only receipt. Wake up this morning to an email “hi! Welcome to our subscription list!”. Why are you training your cashiers to lie about this?

The past few times I've come to this store, I've been really disappointed. I've never been acknowledged. The dressing room (woof) Is ALWAYS a mess. There are literal holes in the walls and dirty handprints, Giant dust bunnies, you name it. I am plus sized, and the options are minimal. With 100's of options for other sizes. I won't be back.
