When I first bought my dress, I unfortunately had a very negative experience. I was working with Aubrey (who no longer works there), who was more focused on making a sale than truly helping me as a customer. She made the entire experience very awkward and rushed. I was lied to that the dress I purchased could easily be altered down multiple sizes without being extra cost, and that they had an in-house seamstress (who I later found out was on leave at the time).
months later after losing over 50 pounds and down from a size 22 to a 14, I reached out to Brooke and explained the situation and how I felt misled, and how I’m having a lot of trouble finding a seamstress. She was very understanding, and she made things right by giving me store credit so I could get a new dress in my size. It saved me from being out over a thousand dollars and having to start over again at a different place!
Brooke truly cares about her brides and went above and beyond to fix a situation that could have left me very disappointed. I’m extremely grateful for her, she’s an amazing owner!

They have poor customer service! I have been trying to get ahold of them for my daughter wedding dress. It’s been 9 months since we ordered it. I have called over and over again. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t return phone calls. We have paid for her dress and we are waiting for it for come back in to see if it fits for her wedding coming up in November. This is no way to run a business! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Hopefully we don’t have to go further with this….

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment here, and it was meant to be my first dress experience. I showed up for my appointment with my friends and family to find the doors locked. We waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up. This was such a disappointing start to what is supposed to be a fun day. I attempted to call the day of, days after, and emailed and still have not heard from them a week later. Do NOT waste your time!!!!

They have a great eye for what you need. They have the a calming way of making you comfortable with any questions and worries you may have. You can't go wrong with choosing this company. You would be satisfied working with this company! 5 Stars in my book!

Terrible customer service. I was given the wrong straps to my dress and have tried reaching them at this point probably 20 times. My mom has called my Fiance has called and they never answer the phone or return voicemails. I emailed them about the strap situation and they said they would order them and take care of it, but they didn’t ask me for any info at all they don’t even know who they are ordering straps for. This was MONTHS ago. My wedding is next month and I still don’t have my straps. They were supposed to alter my dress and I couldn’t get ahold of them for that either. Make a fake appointment clearly to get in touch with them because that’s the only way.

They have a beautiful selection of gowns, however their communication and business practice was undesirable at best. Difficult to get in touch with, issues with ordering/receiving correct items, etc. They did correct their mistakes but was not without unnecessary stress during the wedding planning process.

I honestly don’t think I could’ve had anyone sweeter, kinder, helpful, and more informative than Hannah. She was amazing!!!! Hannah made me feel so comfortable and made finding my dress a literal breeze! I was extremely nervous first coming in to look for my wedding dress, and Hannah took all my nerves away. My experience at Forevermore Bridal was amazing, and Hannah much it that much more of a wonderful experience!! I would highly recommend Forevermore Bridal to all brides

Brides beware:
We had an appointment here and as most brides I know do, we made a day of dress shopping and scheduled multiple bridal appointments on the same day. We found a dress the bride loved at an earlier appointment … she said she didn’t want to waste anybody else’s time and asked to cancel the rest of the appointments for the day. I called this place to cancel and they said they were going to charge us $50…. I said we would come anyways since we were already downtown and would rather not pay $50… but I was told we can’t come if we already bought a wedding dress.
I asked if I had any options at this point and was pretty much told no.
We thought we were doing a good thing in not wasting anybody’s time but it turned out to bite us in the butt… so lesson learned if you have an appt here don’t try to cancel even if you already found a dress!
The nice bridal salon we were at (also downtown) heard about our situation and compensated the $50 we were charged. They said they would never charge for ppl who called to say they found their dress at a different place.

It is a wonderful experience at Forevermore Bridal! They have a beautiful selection of dresses in all sizes so there’s something for everyone. The staff is super friendly, really knowledgeable and takes their time to help you find the perfect dress without feeling rushed. They even offer snacks and drinks while you shop which is such a nice touch! The store is absolutely gorgeous inside plus the seating areas for your guests are super cozy. If you’re looking for a dress, I definitely recommend checking out Forevermore Bridal!

I did a last minute appointment. It was very lovely, very clean place and even had my area set up with a personalized welcome sign! I told the lady helping us that I was uncomfortable changing in front of people and she replied “don't worry it’s just as uncomfortable for me” which made me feel embarrassed and even worse. I appreciate that she was trying to help but I think it was just wrong choice of words. She was super helpful with her knowledge on dresses but it was awkward the whole time.. kind of standing to the side not saying much, felt like she wanted to just go home. Other than not feeling as comfortable as I wanted to feel, it was a good experience overall and will recommend this place to other brides.
