As a brand new resident of Toledo among the many stresses I thought would be transferring my prescriptions. I have tired of the chain pharmacies and all of their issues, so this time went with an independent and so happy I did. Very pleasant on the phone, took time to answer questions, transferred everything seamlessly and even offer free delivery which is huge for someone who gets around solely via public transit.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy more highly. They are fast, professional, kind, understanding, and motivated. After having so much trouble with big box pharmacies I decided to try this one. My kids need their adhd meds to function and the big box pharmacies had so many road blocks and wouldn’t even call notify or help me through these. The difference with Franklin Park Pharmacy was night and day. They call me back immediately, they work to get the meds as fast as possible, they coordinated with my kids doc to get the insurance to pay. What took rite aid a week to fix, these guys got it figured out in a day. They’ve got a customer for life here and I know you’ll have the same experience I did.

Best pharmacy around no questions asked. I took my son to get his covid shot here no appointment needed!!!! and was in and out! Felt good to have such a comfortable time at a pharmacy :)

This is the best local small pharmacy hands down. The staff is professional, helpful and always willing to spend time to discuss any issues you have. I would recommend for people to give them a try, and their prices are great as well!!!

Had to transfer my prescriptions on very short notice. The staff have all been so amazing with the transfer and filling. Knowledgeable, caring and understanding. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend Franklin Park Pharmacy, and very happy with my switch.
