Ordered from wayfair. Delivered only 1 out of 2 items because "warehouse people forgot to put it on the truck" The delivery person told me they would try and deliver next day and that it would be 2 days at most. No call back and I have left Several messages with no response

Never showed up for the delivery date. Multiple reschedules.
May 2022
Called them to reschedule as soon as I got email saying delivery for Saturday. I rescheduled for Thursday so someone would be there to lift the couch parts. They delivered on Saturday while I was at work. Lucky my son went by and saw the couch before it rained or disappeared
