Sushi is back at Freshthyme!Freshly made every day. Selected rolls for $6 on Thursdays. Yummy! You can even order ahead for pickup, while the chef is in the store.

Helpful, knowledgable staff, and management who cares about the local community. Prices may be a bit higher due to specialty brands and small scale atmosphere, but their flowers are top-notch year-round at competitive prices and I always feel safe with my small children in tow. Special shout-out to the manager who was willing to donate "whatever you need" to our classroom Thanksgiving celebration a few years back, your generosity spoke volumes about the integrity of this store.

I am a first time customer and the selection and customer service will definitely make me a regular. As someone who works in customer service I can spot genuine and sincere interactions and the woman who waited on me in the deli was wonderful (I can’t remember her name maybe Laura, Lauren? ) . I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I explained how it was my first time in the store and asked if she has any recommendations for turkey. She suggested boars head. She was very knowledgeable and even though it was priced higher than what I usually pay I was sold. I was then offered a sample of Gouda cheese since she said it would pair well. The atmosphere was relaxed not overly crowded and store was clean. Can’t wait to return.

Best grocery store sushi I've ever had, and you cannot beat the price. Whoever the sushi chef is or are - please give them a raise! It's much better quality than Kroger and cheaper. The rice is always cooked well and tastes great, the rolls are tight and they don't fall apart when you pick them up with chopsticks, and everything always tastes very fresh. There is also a more unique variety of rolls available. I was ecstatic when they started serving sushi again after COVID-19. Thank you, Fresh Thyme.

Today was my first time visiting Fresh Thyme and I specifically came here for the Japanese sweet potatoes. There were only a few left to choose from, which would have been fine, but as soon as I went to pick one up, tons of gnats flew everywhere. I was so disappointed with this being my first visit!

Love this place, safe natural food brands available, good alternative to big box store poison food.

I went in specifically for steaks. I wanted filet, the meat counter said they are in the case, there were none. So I went back. They actually were none. I got some ribeyes and they were super good!

World class customer service at Fresh Thyme Market on Monroe Street!! Haven't had this kind of service since the 80's!!! I needed pork hocks for pickling, 4 lbs. of them! Bob in the Meat Department got them for me and sliced them!!! On the same trip, self checkout wasn't giving me my reward. Brennan took care of it with lightening speed!! 5 stars!! I love Fresh Thyme Market!!

Products have a slightly higher price here but it is off set by the less common items. They have a lot of vegan options. Produce is typically in good condition.Am disappointed that this higher priced fancy market installed self checkouts and moved to plastic bags as first option when it was paper. There is only one clerk working a checkout lane so you can wait or do it yourselfWith the higher prices you would expect a more customer forward experience instead of having to checkout and bag my own items.

Overpriced. Workers seem nice though. Fellow patrons are upperclass and snooty. Saw an older couple making out in the fruit aisle. Not joking. Won't go back.

One of best stocked stores. Great produce and scored some good deals. It's like a whole foods store, but on steroids. Much better quality is imo and better prices

I had a bad experience with this store. The managers took swift action and researched the situation, finding out the employee in question was an Instacart employee not one of their own. I appreciate them looking into the matter. I do think their prices are more than many competitors and sometimes the produce isn't super fresh, but I appreciate how management handle my issue when it occured.
