They don't allow people to use the fitting rooms except on the weekends. It's frustrating that I didn't know that until all 4 of my kids picked out clothes. I never want to buy things that my kids can't buy on first.

Store inventory better than the one near Cincinnati area. Bad thing was I got 6 bites by mosquitoes inside store, when I realized it, damage was done.

Usually love going here but the older short lady that was one of the cashiers.. needs to be evaluated and the Manager next to her ringing. Anyway the cashier rolled her eyes because my niece didn't know what number her reward was under. She acted like customer service was not her job. Totally made my niece feel like never mind. I understand its busy but you do not treat people that way. The Manager next to her all she told her was calm down. Like seriously 🙄. Nope she would have been replaced and reprimanded.

Ilove the clothes here, it's just a scavenger hunt, but no fault of Gabe's, it's the customer's, if people actually cared about their environment they wouldn't make everything a mess!! I would love it if they could get some security guards in here and stop the theft, otherwise they might close down sadly!

Love coming here when I have time to browse bc stock changes frequently. You never know what you'll find. Oddities for sure. Things you'll probably never see again. Prices very reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean store. I feel safe shopping here.

Went there yesterday hoping for a big clothes haul but everything was so mixed up. Women's clothes in men's, sizes all mixed up, no order to the clothes with tops and bottoms and even coats on the same rack. And that's just in the men's area I was looking in. Bet its the same in all the other clothing areas. Ended up leaving after being overwhelmed. I used to love shopping there but it's gone downhill.

Horrible!!! They need to fire everyone there and get workers, managers, and supervisors in the stores to sort and put clothes and proper places. Sizes are mixed together. You can not find anything. I guarantee they'll quadruple sells if they sort of the clothes and hung them in their proper spots. You have plus sizes mixed with regular size. Do you have big men’s mixed with young men’s. You literally can find nothing. You mess around and be overwhelmed looking through everything. This store is horrible.

As we entered Gabes Monroe St Toledo my Grandson noticed some keys hanging from a cart. He took them to a cashier who said someone had been looking everywhere for them. She then proceeded to shout at him for walking past carts that needed putting away and got very annoyed when he wasn't sure where they went as they were all over the place. We helped him as he is autistic and doing his best to appease her.
This got our visit off to a bad start. We started walking around the store and it was chaotic.Lots of items on the floor, everything was cluttered and messy We didn't stay more than 5 minutes and will not be going back

Good store great deals especially on kids clothes . Only issue is they are very unorganized sizes and brands all over .
