This is a pretty decent location for the most part. Not sure of the managers name but he's a pretty good guy and so is the one girl. The assistant manager I think he is, however is something else. He doesn't try to help you when you come in, instead he stares at his phone and acts like you're not even there. He is very unfriendly and doesn't smile at all. If you ask him a question, he just has this condescending attitude and look on his face, like leave me alone I don't wanna help nobody. Other than him, they're usually pretty good with having a variety of things and so on.

Went to buy some Xbox games and tried to strike a conversation with the guy working, it was just him and I in the store and he was very rude. I’ve been to this place once before and interacted with the same associate (Brian) and he was very rude to me then as well, I didn’t appreciate his snide remarks at all. He decided to ID for an M rated game (I’m 23 and rarely get ID’d for anything anymore) and had yet another snide remark when I asked him why he ID’d me. Someone should really give that guy a reality check, judging from some of the other reviews here people have had the same experience.

Took my 9 year old in there with day money. He has every game for ps5 alive I thought. The gurl walked him through and spent alot of time with him and found something he enjoys. Great counter people they are very helpful and aren't just trying to get u to over spend. Ty

As if trading in at GameStop isn't bad enough, they now put any cash trades on a debit card that has a bunch of fees. Done with this floundering company.

I bought a Xbox S controller (4th one) all brand new. It worked the 1st time. 2nd time the power button didn't work. I just had major surgery on my ankle and cant get around. My GF tried to exchange the controller. They gave her $15 credit and kept the controller that was probably a 10 cent fix. Hung up on me. Wont answer the phone now. Awesome customer service...NOT! Rude MFers that work there too.
