I am working in the area and stopped by this credit union to make a CO-OP Shared Branch deposit. I work out of town frequently and have completed a shared branch deposit before at a different credit union. It usually requires that you conduct the transaction from the lobby and provide photo identification.The lobby entry was not disability friendly. It had a locked door that only allowed one person at a time with a red/green light bulb. It may have also made a noise but if it did I was unable to hear it. Once you entered through this door you walked through what I am assuming is a metal detector before having to wait for the green light on the next locked door. This entry did not go smoothly as I had to try the second door several time before entry. The light would turn green but when I attempted the door it did not open. Once again, I do not know if a buzzer or speaker with instructions was involved as this would usually fall within a range that I cannot hear.After entry the teller that assisted me was behind glass and did not look at me when she spoke. I informed her several times that I had hearing trouble and kindly asked her to look at me and repeat herself. She repeated herself but was not courteous. After I left, I checked my account on my banking app and she had deposited the check into the wrong account.

Rude and uneducated in terms of banking for some reason. Too many problems. Ultimately did not keep my money here. Other banks are way more helpful and actually hire knowledgable people.

Lisa at the Maumee office heard about my problem and called me. We talked through what had happened. In less than an hour she called me back and the problem is taken care of! Thank You Lisa!

I love my credit union, these ladies always come through for me....from car loans to calling from work and asking for $$ by the end of day they always make it happen. The app has improved as well making it way easier to navigate. Thank you ladies and Steve lol

Back in the day this location always answered their phone. Now they don't want to answer their phone. I live on the North and I should not of had to go there to get my questions answered.

The women at this Branch are Awesome!! Always nice, polite and helpful. They make me feel like a friend would when you stop by for a visit. A totally different experience from the Secor branch which made me feel lIke I was intruding and bothering them. I will now go out of my way to go to the Gage St. branch.
