I am writing to share an unfortunate experience I had at one of your stores today. I was shopping and had already checked out when I informed the cashier that my daughter wanted to get a bike. I kindly allowed the lady behind me to go ahead in line while my daughter retrieved the bike.
However, when my daughter returned with the bike and the lady I had let go ahead finished checking out, I was told by the cashier that I needed to go to the end of the line. Despite having informed her earlier about the bike, she made a big deal out of it and caused a scene in front of everyone, which left me feeling extremely embarrassed.
I believe this situation could have been handled with more understanding and courtesy. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of improving the customer experience at your stores

HORRIBLE staff. I have never written a bad review until now, but felt it was necessary. I found a gorgeous dresser that was priced incorrectly according to the worker as I went to checkout. She told me I was not taking the dresser for the price that they incorrectly marked it for and walked away from me laughing. Completely rude and unprofessional. I was a regular shopper at this location for years but will never return due to this.

the heart of the community, the Reynolds Corner Goodwill stands as a beacon of thrift, sustainability, and kindness. Upon entering, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with well-organized aisles and a diverse array of items waiting to be discovered. It is not just the merchandise that makes this location exceptional; the staff truly sets it apart.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a friendly smile. The staff members were not only attentive but genuinely eager to assist. Their enthusiasm for their work is palpable, making every visit feel like a pleasant experience. As I browsed through the aisles, I was struck by how knowledgeable the staff was about the various items for sale. They could easily provide insights about the furniture's origin, potential uses for unique finds, and tips on how to repurpose items creatively.
During my visit, I found a beautiful dining room set that immediately caught my eye. It was elegant yet understated, perfect for my home. However, I was concerned about how I would manage to transport such a large piece of furniture. Just as I was contemplating my dilemma, the manager approached me. With a warm smile, she introduced herself and offered to help.
Her extensive knowledge about the store's inventory was evident as she shared the history of the dining set I was interested in. She explained its craftsmanship and how it could fit seamlessly into various decor styles. It was clear she had a passion for helping customers find exactly what they were looking for, and her enthusiasm made the decision to purchase the set even easier.
Once I decided to buy the dining room set, the manager didn't hesitate. She promptly organized a plan to assist me. She gathered a few staff members, and together they carefully wrapped the furniture to ensure it was protected during transport. Her leadership was evident as she directed her team with clarity and efficiency, all while keeping the mood light and cheerful. I felt supported and valued as a customer, which is a rarity in many retail environments.
After everything was safely secured, the manager offered to help me load the dining set into my car. As we approached the parking lot, her determination shone through. She personally took charge of maneuvering the larger pieces, guiding me on how to position them for the best fit in my vehicle. With her expertise and strong work ethic, we managed to get the entire set loaded without any hassle.
In that moment, I realized that the Reynolds Corner Goodwill is not just a place to shop; it is a community hub where kindness and helpfulness reign supreme. The staff, particularly the manager, exemplified what it means to go above and beyond for customers. Their dedication transformed an ordinary shopping trip into an extraordinary experience.
In conclusion, my visit to the Reynolds Corner Goodwill was a testament to the impact of exceptional customer service. The kindness of the staff and the expertise of the manager made my experience enjoyable and memorable. I left not only with a beautiful dining room set but also with a renewed appreciation for the value of community and the power of a helping hand. Whether you are on the hunt for unique treasures or simply in need of assistance, this Goodwill location is undoubtedly a place that embodies the spirit of generosity and support.

The cashier was very rude and was talking bad about my family after she had sold us a couch and was refusing to put a sold sign on it and was refusing to sell us a blanket that was priced but then another worker helped us but the one cashier was very rude

This is the worst goodwill ive ever been to. Management refused to mark my couch as sold, refused to give me the item at the tag cost, was arguing with me until an other employee forced her to give it to me at store price. She was a older black lady and definitely needs her job taken worst service ever. Thank god for the little brunette lady she was so nice and generous.

Goodwill Reynolds Road Toledo offers a limited selection of outdated clothing and home goods. While finding treasures is possible, the current inventory falls short compared to nearby thrift stores.

I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review just minutes after my latest experience. I went in not expecting very much on a Friday night. To my surprise I found two cute little coffee mugs. There was a sign posted saying 50 cents for mugs. Great! Except when I got to the cash register. The girl wanted to charge me three times what the sign said. And before anybody gets all hot and bothered, yes, I can afford a dollar fifty for a mug, but that's not the point. The cashier said it was because of the detail on the mug. What?? There's no sign anywhere that even implies that the cashier can arbitrarily up the price if she wants to. Just another reason to make this my "running out of options" store.
Original Review: Sadly this one is a real disappointment compared to the one in Woodville. Perhaps they're understaffed, because the place is always unkempt. It seems as though this location will accept anything that comes through its door even if it's broken, stained, or missing pieces. While not everyone can afford to shop in department stores, do we really have to dig through bins and pick things up off the floor?

Do you like waiting in line forever to be checked out? Then this is the place for you! They have 2 registers but they will NEVER open a second register no matter how long the line gets. The staff will just watch you standing there and do nothing. Why do they even have multiple registers? Its a total mystery. Whoever manages this location is a joke.

What can I say? The cashier actually quit with a mile long line. About 1/2 of the merchandise is actually in giant rolling bins that you dig through. The other 1/2 is hung or on shelves. I guess stuff is cheap, but who needs more "stuff"?

Bought a table, went out to the car to make room, came in to get the table. Guy who was loading it was confused because another woman had just purchased the table. Through the receipts we found out the lady in front of us bought the table and the cashier sold it again to us. No biggie mistakes happen. But the store manager refused to refund us the cost of the table after the other customer took it with them. Store credit only. She was not willing to rectify the mistake, I was treated as though it was my fault they sold the same table twice. We were nice and took the parts of the table out of our cart to give to the lady who bought it 2 minutes before us. They informed us we would get our money back and they called syndey the store manager to approve it. She wouldn’t approve it and told us to come back tomorrow in the morning after we already told her several times we were from out of state. A customer offered to pay us cash and take our store credit but they refused. Sydney told me repeatedly to call corporate and wouldn’t give me the number. It wasn’t until we were willing to involve cops that magically Sydney approved a cash refund. I heard her say get her out of there and if she wants to, call corporate. I again asked for the number and she refused telling me to Google it. I’ll be speaking to the VP of her division tomorrow. Customers in line said this is normal and the store manager is rude. And furniture gets double sold all the time! One lady who was amazing even had her chair cushion in her cart because she bought a chair and didn’t want them to sell it. She said they have done it to her!TLDR: they sold us furniture that was already sold and refused to refund the money from the fraudulent sale.Update: Corporate was very understanding and took the issue seriously. If you are ever debating calling corporate on this store please do as they are interested in proper training to stop history from repeating itself. Just because it’s in a low income area doesn’t mean anyone deserves to be treated like garbage from the store manager. Thank you Tim!
