Left the house with a healthy pick up. No noises, clunks or squeaks. Came in for 4 tires. And a feeling of trust toward this location. Left with a clunk in the steering column. They want to look it over again. Said they found moisture around tire rods. Well, it was raining. Don't come to me and tell me it's broke and then charge me for it when you broke it.
NO WAY am I letting them break something else. I left with confusion and trust issues. And a broken truck.
UPDATE: 4 weeks after this first review, I am still on hold for 10 min at a time and sent straight to a review. I keep calling back to get the same treatment Nothing is happening to resolve the issue. Goodyear...you are such a disappointment.

I’ve had two problems with this location. First of all they did a tire rotation and didn’t put my tire on all the way. i almost got in an accident due to this. The second time, I went in for an oil change and an alignment. With no major issues, I got it back and my tires are all messed up and drives weird. I will never take my car back here. These issues could cause very serious accidents resulting in injuries to myself and others.

I visited for a tire change and unfortunately had a negative experience. I discovered that items were missing from my vehicle, and when I addressed the issue, the mechanic laughed and appeared to be checking his pockets, which felt very suspicious. This lack of professionalism and accountability was incredibly disappointing.
Came out of this one extremely unsatisfied in this situation; days later to find out my truck is vibrating wheel suspension loose. Left a voicemail and never got a phone call back. You’ll be hearing from my attorney.

I took my car in for new tires and had them change the battery while they had it. Now my radio won't work. When I called about this issue, I received an "I'm sorry, but out tech who knows what he is doing is on vacation." I was then advised to look it up myself, but if I couldn't figure it out then to stop back in next week and they would see if they could help. So I have now paid someone else to break my radio while changing the battery in my car. Which in the 13 years I have had this car and changed the battery myself, I have never had this issue.
I have been to this Goodyear location many times over the years, but I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service this time. I now get to waste my free time or take time off of work fixing what they broke due to the negligence and or lack of knowledge of their tech.

It's been 4 DAYS! and my vehicle isn't done only sent up there to get a new tire I've now missed work time that I need and basically been unable to work I ask what time it'll he ready and it keeps getting pushed back until guy says "Look if it was done we would've called you" in the most rude manner ever like I'm in the wrong for being concerned about a tire taking 4 days to change still haven't gotten it as I'm typing this

Staff cares about customer satisfaction, which is why this is my only car care destination since 2018. I’ve had breaks, batteries, tires, oil changes, etc. done on Hyundai and Kia here as opposed to harassing dealers and never had a negative experience with Goodyear. They’re always fair and there when you need them! A+

Just took my BMW 335i in for an issue with my brake line going out. Turns out there was a bit more damage than what I expected, which is what caused my brake line to go out.
This team serviced my car fast and efficiently. My car rides much smoother now, and the manager did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on the timeline for the repair. Pricing was very reasonable, knowing I would've paid a substantial amount more for this work at the dealership.
I really appreciate the service and communication here. I plan to continue bringing my car back here for service.

Don’t take your car here for repairs!! I took mine in for them to tell me both sway bars were broken off thank gosh my car was under warranty so I took it to the dealership for them to tell me and show me they were both intact . Please beware
