I bought my car in on a Saturday. By the time it was done I was at work. I asked could I pick it up on Sunday and was told I could , only to discover they are closed on Sunday. Now I’m stuck for another day without a car

Rob is a saint. I came here after the Goodyear on Alexis closed and chose to stay while they did my alignment. I heard this year answer the phone and offer to move mountains to help the people who were inconvenienced by the other store closing. Literally offered to meet a guy somewhere after work so he could help this guy put air in his tires

It not only took them near 2 hours to patch my tire, but they also broke the knob off my radio! (and of course didn't tell me about it)I won't be back and I don't recommend going here.

I was told by the service manager they can’t fix a flat tire on a Tesla after I already arrived! I would not take any vehicle here if they can’t fix a simple flat tire.

Goodyear in Toledo was a literal life saver. We sustained a flat tire while on a cross country trip and they were able to get me in first thing. They also found a nail in another of my tires and saving me another flat. Very fast and fair! Rob was really helpful and I am forever grateful to him and his team.

Rob Anderson was amazing. We went to Firestone before and they were dishonest and rude. I came here and Rob was honest and kind. I always look for honesty and if I am ever in Toledo again, I will trust him to take care of me.. Thank you Rob for being honest and Kind!

Quoted at $80 and some change for a pound of Freon and some dye to check my ac line. Got a call back saying the total to fix the ac would be close to $800- definitely not in my budget. Walked out after paying $172.92, Freon and dye job was actually $120 plus $50 some for what ever. Dropped more than 2x the quote for absolutely nothing but 4 hours without a car. Rob was real nice, though.

I posted a review earlier today and I was incorrect upon further inspection it was not oil it was transmission fluid. Goodyear has always done an excellent job on my car and my tires would highly recommend using them. Again I apologize I was a little upset this morning thought it was oil but it was not it was transmission fluid. And they did not cause that.

When they’re good they’re good but when they damage your vehicle in the process of repair they become incredibly shady. You will be bounced around to different departments and all will claim they are “investigating” the issue. Ultimately they will attempt to deny responsibility without ever really digging in to the issue. I have found many reviews online of others in the past who have claimed to have this same issue.Update/reply since Goodyear’s reply below:03-22-23 I’ve already gone through your claim process. George from the “claims team” called me and said the logic of my claim doesn’t make any sense and denied my claim (in a quote disrespectful manner/tone). I don’t think George is aware it was the GoodYear technician who worked on my vehicle that the cause listed in my claim was given by the technician who worked on my vehicle. The store manager also accepted responsibility but stated my claim had to be sent to the “claims team” due only to the amount it would cost to fix the damages. I was given the runaround. The store manager even smiled in my face when I finally had the chance to speak with her in person until I informed her I had also opened a claim with GoodYear corporate customer service in regards to the issue.

Didn’t end up purchasing tires (yet) due to finances but they filled my tires when my pressure was low after Valvoline did not fill them like they said they did and I drove around on a cold night to five different places that didn’t have air. I’ve not lost pressure since and that was two weeks ago. The manager priced tires for me and was very informative and helpful and took the time to go outside and look at my current tires. Will be coming back to price tires again when I’m ready.
