Pick up inexpensive bike carrier for car. Nice enough for the staff to find one in the back and bring it up.

I have worked on a lot of cars, mobile homes, trucks, and welding. And 99% of my tools all came from here. Apart from some wrenches breaking I haven't had any issues. They've always taken my returns (within reason), and most of the tools have a lifetime with them. These tools pay for themselves. Definitely doesn't deserve all the hate

USED to be a longtime customer. However after a recent purchase, product failed within a couple days of purchase. Still within warranty period Harbor Freight refused to warranty or refund product. Nor do they point customer in direction of how to resolve things. The phone numbers listed in products are not of assistance either (some do not even work). So, special thanks to Harbor Freight for selling a boat anchor in the shape of a tool...

Love all the options!! Wish there were more colorful ones for chicks who constantly get their tools stolen at work by d+cks!!! Place is clean well organized and love the friendly and helpful employees!! It's nice going to a business where employees actually like their job!! Makes for better time for customers!! Would definitely and have recommend and will definitely be back!!

The thing I've noticed whenever I shop at a Harbor Freight store in Michigan or Ohio, they're clean and organized with helpful, friendly staff.
