Rented a car from hertz on reynolds rd for 4 days. Very pleased with the car that I received. Never had any issues while I was traveling. I will be going back for my next trip.

Person on the phone suggested I'd be better off reserving online, pre paid the full amount. Trip was cancelled (out of my control) I am subsequently charged $50 for a cancellation fee. Very disappointed, was willing to try Hertz Rental, but looks like I will be going back to using enterprise rental.

The Rental Agents at this location are really going above & beyond for their customers. Despite the challenges they are faced with (PM issues, different holds & limited inventory), they still make sure that the customer leaves happy 😊.
