I was treated very rudely by the cashier today. He spent 25 minutes checking out the customer ahead of me. Talking so much that his ability to perform in a timely matter was extremely poor. It was apparent he did not care that myself and 7 other people were waiting to be helped. I finally seen someone in the back of the store and waved her over to please help. Her name was Liz, I thanked her and she said nothing to me. She was also rude and very put off by me. I went back into the store after a few minutes to ask them if this was typical customer service. They both began to yell at me. I was appalled ? called customer service & they hung up on me.

Would rate H and M this location zero stars if I could ! Poor high schoolers getting written up over just trying to help with returning items to PAYING customers.

They don't take returns. They don't do exchanges. They said they're calling the police when I asked to speak with the supervisor. Calling their customer service 3 times has me hung up on 3 times. I'm heading back here tomorrow to see if different people will do the right thing. Filing a complaint with the attorney general's office if I do not receive my return.

L company L service L management you physically could not pay me to step foot in this establishment the fact that I have to lay eyes upon it as I am strolling toward the Macy’s is an absolute disgrace in itself.

Very bad customer service.When you do return you feel like you are not going to buy anything from this store again.The lady( I believe she is the manager)is super super mean and not helpful at all.

My experience at H & M is totally cool. Their clothes are extremely nice and fashion to my taste. I bought three pairs of jeans, three tank tops, two t shirts, ten pack of socks, two pairs of socks, a belt, two hoodies, two vegan leather jackets, two pairs of canvas sneakers, two winter hats and two pairs of fingerless gloves. Also a flannel shirt, as well. I can't wait to go shopping there, again. I love H&M.

I had such a bad experience. The manage was very rude and the cashier and well. They were very disrespectful and rude. I hated that day from the way they talked to me and the way they treated me. I was visiting from Chicago and I went to buy something and I wish I didn't.SA: 893896 Store: 120659

Very rude staff during covid…I went in there and I asked nicely when the lady said that masks are required and I asked if there is a medical exemption because of my asthma and sensory issues and she said “we don’t take people with medical conditions”. My friend was there too, hurt my feelings never again will I go

I had awful experience with this store , first they price mark is fake you cannot see the line when it said starting price from XX .When I bought the cashier did not informed me the item can not be returned even it is 49$ item. Less than 10 minutes I decide to return it and they refuse to do that.

I had an awful experience in this store when my daughter and I were harassed by one of the workers. She came after us immediately upon entering the store to tell us to put our masks over our noses we did and walked on. She came after us again and was mad because my daughter did not acknowledge her-she simply complied and kept walking. The woman continued harassing us even after she saw we had our masks on correctly. She would not leave us alone so I told her to shut up and leave us alone so she kicked us out of the store for being disrespectful. She needs to be told she is not allowed to harass people who have complied with her wishes. She was very nasty to us for no reason. I will never shop in this store again and will be sure to let others know how nasty this lady was.

Not a bad h&m but I went there today 15 mins before close to make a quick exchange and they already had their gates closed? I worked at h&m in Columbus for 4 years and we were NEVER allowed to close early. Not cool guys.

I don't typically shop here, but it's got some decent buys, especially for kids. They had a bunch of cool Spider-Man-themed accessories that our little ones loved. The associates with whom we interacted were very helpful, too.
