Called here prior to me driving 45 minutes away to see if they can cut PVC sheets I was purchasing so they can fit in my vehicle just to get here and they tell me they cannot do it. So wasted almost 2 hours of my time for no reason.

Staff are hard to find. Not very helpful when you can locate someone. Overpriced. Garden center plants are expensive and limited. The self checkout is terrible.

The rental tools manager didn't want to rent with the passport when all Home Depots do. I went to the Home Depot that's 15 minutes away and I didn't have any problems. If you don't like your job, you should look for another one.

gosh, people at HD just couldn’t be more unhelpful … they tell you that you can return using your credit card but it is not the case. And they won’t help you past, “can’t do it.”. Staff so so unhelpful and couldn’t care less

Would be nice if they picked up the phone. I called 3-4 times. No one ever picks up. Just rings and rings. How am I supposed to fix my delivery? I guess I will just drive 30 minutes because no one will answer a phone there.

Never again!!! Not only was I not greeted when I walked in, I couldn’t check out due to three female employees having a conversation and laughing. I walked my way to the other side of the store to self checkout and was not told have a nice day. I’ve been treated nicer in a goodwill. Do better Home Depot!!!
