The rental tools manager didn't want to rent with the passport when all Home Depots do. I went to the Home Depot that's 15 minutes away and I didn't have any problems. If you don't like your job, you should look for another one.

In store experience isn't terrible but I don't recommend buying anything you can't get in store. Their shipping and online costumer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered appliances 2 wks ago that were supposed to be here on December 11. Now I'm being told the stove is back ordered and I won't get my appliances for another 2 weeks. It wasn't on back order when I payed for it and Home Depot should not have allowed more than what they had in stock to be sold. They're greedy and ignorant, I won't be recommending them anymore.

Inventory is terrible. You have things online saying zero in stock but on the shelf I counted 8. The LIFX smart bulbs are never counted and can never tell when something is in stock. Do you have a person that goes around and counts stuff and that being their only job ? I looked at abunch of other stuff and same for that too. All off in numbers.

Went to buy a screen door, associate tried to persuade me that door was not good enough. Door was within my purchase price. No help to get will call service. Second employee stated he was off the clock. Such rudeness and inability on behalf of staff.

I have always loved home Depot back in March I had a stove and refrigerator delivered nothing but problems including the setup and stove issues still has not been working properly refrigerator making noises now looking to get new appliances again 😞

Tried to return/exchange an item and was told without a receipt I cannot. I was unaware of this crazy policy and will go to lowes or Menards. Most projects I do I usually have extra, I will never shop here again.
