Do not buy an appliance from here unless you have a way to deliver and install it yourself. They have good prices but their 3rd party delivery company is horrible. On the first attempt to deliver my dishwasher, they brought a grill. The second attempt, they brought a dishwasher with a dent right in the middle of the door. I had to refuse delivery and it took a week to wait for another. On the next attempt, they call the day of delivery saying their truck broke down and I will have to wait another week. Attempts to get a plan B with the store management didn't pan out. Now it's thanksgiving and I have no dishwasher and will likely need to find another one from somewhere else as I have no confidence in their delivery service. I'm really disappointed as I have always been a die-hard HD fan, but after this experience I'm switching to Lowes.
Also, this all happened to me 3-4 years ago when I bought a new dryer. Same story.

Terrible. Ordered a washer and dryer. (Paid in full) paid for new hoses and to get my old washer and dryer hauled out. The hose they brought was not long enough so my appliance is place in a weird area. The 3 prong connection is only 4 foot long making it not long enough to plug into the wall. They are asking me to go buy a 6 ft cord and they can come finish installation in 1-2 days. They left me with no washer and dryer after spending almost 2,000 dollars. Completely unacceptable.
