I went in for a specific item. The associate I met inside the door took me right to the item. I got what I needed and was checked out quickly. The store was clean and well stocked. I did see several other items and i will be going back to check out this weekend.

Boo!!!!!!!Will never purchase from Home Depot ever again unless and until my order is complete.I purchased a patio set from Home Depot and they sent several right sided armrests so I was unable to assemble it. Basically, incorrect pieces. When I called the company who I was instructed to call, they did mail me a new piece. HOWEVER...they sent me yet again WRONG piece. I need only one more left side armrest for my patio set !!!!!!! Yet no one has completed this request.RidiculousI called again to follow up on the second request of

I like Home Depot because I can use their credit card to get items for an emergency. I had to get a replacement for a hook up right away and they had it.

Home Depot installation services is garbage! We have not resolved anything! We have been dealing with this incorrect window situation after a year and some months! Finally get a call back from the installers to correct the wrongfully installed windows with the correct "?" ones. After they ordered them it took again months and months for someone dropped them off. In December of 2022 they were supposed to be here at 11 did not arrive until 2 something and told them we had to get our kids from school. They never rescheduled for another day. They said they will be back after the holidays! Christmas came! New Year's 2023 came and went! Now towards the end of March 2023 and still it has not been completed and they do not want to offer any discount or bring any kind of resolve! They want to win a conversation! They do not want to make sure that the customer is satisfied and problem is resolved! We do not recommend Home Depot to anyone if you looking for some installation service. They are horrible and Unprofessional! We would never work with them again! And it's still not rectified! Thee windows are still sitting in our family room it's been sitting in our family room through holidays and day to day sitting. They are stillwrapped up and so we really don't even know if they are the correct windows! We will not open them up until we hear from someone with the right answer to resolve this the right way!!!! Period!

The Airport Hwy. location was Great! Ordered online and contacted the store for assistance. From the person who first answered the phone to the two different managers I had spoke with...all were very helpful. I just moved to this area and very pleased I ordered from Home Depot and would recommended the Airport Hwy. store to family and friends. Also, saved money when comparing products and prices to other similar stores online and in the area.

I use Home Depot for all my home repair needs. Love the online 11,% rebate. Wish they advertised it more and allowed it during Dec.

They have everything I need and it's in stock most days. Love the fact they have Milwaukee M18 and M12 tools in stock and carry great deals. Staff is friendly and always ask if I'm finding everything I need.

All the stores have an average shopping experience at best, but I have had a number of poor experiences. Hard to get ahold of people and when you do they either cant help, aren't friendly or both. The stores have a warehouse feel, and like all big box stores lots of walking to get what you need.Prices vary but Amazon often has better prices. If the service was good I would pay a little more to buy in person which is my preference, but understand why many people go to Amazon instead. They do carry a good variety of garden equipment which is good.I prefer Lowes which has strengths and weakness as Well.

I have been a Home Depot customer for over 30 years. I have been awarded a credit line on my Home Depot Credit Card of well over $15K, which I appreciate very much. During all of my years of being a HD customer, I have also enjoyed taking advantage of their Veterans support programs, especially their 10% Veterans Discount program. I expect that there were some who abused the promotional discounts afforded to them, prompting Home Depot to make changes to their Veterans discount program. Unfortunately for HD, I am not a fan of these changes, and I understand in talking with other Veterans, they are not fans either. It used to be there were very few limitations on taking advantage of the Veterans discount. Now; Veterans and active military need to "APPLY" on line for membership in the Veterans & Military Discount Programs. Not a problem for me, because I have a BA in IT and ready access to my Veterans status documentation for verification. But, for those elderly Vets, and persons who choose not to own Smart devices (Smart phones), this represents a problem; since, in order to take advantage of the discount, one must present a QR code on their Smartphone for the checkout person to scan. Home Depot also placed an annual limit (CAP) on the amount of discount a Veteran can qualify for of $400. I know I spend more than $4,000.00 per year in home maintenance projects, and this directly affects my willingness to do business with HD. They have also placed limitations on the items that the Veterans discount can be applied to, such as; lumber, tools, tool rentals, etc. You know, the bulk of what most customers go to Home Depot to purchase. If HD wonders why they lose business to other home centers, such as Menards (who provides an 11% discount to anyone, no limitations), maybe they need to take a closer look at how they conduct business and their Veterans program policies. Bear in mind; WE ARE THE CUSTOMER - WE MAY NOT ALWAYS COMPLAIN, BUT WE MAY NEVER COME BACK.

Stood in an aisle today for 28 minutes - 2 associates were “coming right back” - wandered away never to return. Horrific service.
