This is the most unorganized site I've ever been to first of all, when they did not get a confirmation about my appointment. They did not keep it when I showed up. They didn't have me on file it and he had me locked in. Then they asked me if I could come back in at 7 o'clock on Monday night. Which is unacceptable

I remember why I have not been to H&R block since the 90's, first I tried to do them online and to finish up you have to talk to an agent. I had to make a appointment, which they called 2&1/2 Hours late for. Every time I asked a question she had to put me on hold. Then when I asked about the emerald card, which is where you get advance on your taxes they said I have to come in. Well when I did go in, it's actually a card that you have to be approved for. I have no credit, so of course I was declined. I'm very irritated and dissatisfied!! Won't go there again!!

My tax preparer Thomas Stuart was AMAZING and very patient and knowledgeable about what he was doing with my taxes. I recommend H & R block to everyone. Thanks for another amazing experience

I live in Michigan but work in Toledo and Eva was so helpful with figuring out my tax situation. She made sure that I got every penny back that I was owed on my 5 W2s ? If anyone has a complicated tax situation, I highly recommend Eva. I was so stressed, she’s seriously a tax superstar :) I will come back every year; I can’t thank you enough Eva!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just received mail from Irs.We owe double from what we were told.Do to incorrect info being entered for some reason.Going there many of years.Not anymore. Terrible!!!Wish David was still there

She was very helpful as far as she checked some tax papers I received from the city of toledo saying I owed taxes for past years and she looked at those years and was helpful of what I need to do to take care of this issue.
