They made an error on my deposit and neglected to inform me. When I checked the online banking, I was confused and called to see what had happened. Teller treated me like I was putting her out for inquiring. Own up to your mistake and apologize, period.

After having such a horrible experience at the Maumee/Dussel rd location! The Heatherdowns location was both quick on answering my questions and getting me in and out with my wire transfer that Maumee couldn't do. Bree answered the phone quick and scheduled me right away and Melony was very professional and quick with no problem and cared about my needs while I was there.Thanks Again!!!!

I have CD accounts and IRA account, I cannot see my information on the online banking. It's being about three weeks still do not see my information on the online banking.

This is a great bank. Like all other banks they can get busy at times but they certainly try their best to accommodate. It's clean with handicap parking and easy access to the entrance.This bank has been my bank for over 20years and I've never had a problem with them. Thanks! Keep up the great work.Highly recommend this place.

They try to get out as fast as they can! But the customers aren't alway ready. I think don't wait until you get to the counter to start looking for your License and other stuff. You should have it ready all the you was in the line.

Besides the issues we had with our loan guy Cliff, I'm still having issues with my loan because they said I don't have home owners insurance (submitted the paperwork to Cliff like 3-4 times before we got the house). I then got letters in the mail during summer stating I don't have home owners insurance. I then called them and spoke with someone and they saw the error and “fixed†it and have nothing else to worry about. I then got a letter recently stating they are adding their own insurance to my loan since I don't have any so it raised my payment. Now I have to resubmit all of the paperwork and proof of my home owners insurance for probably the 5th time. Plus you can't sign the loan paperwork unless you have the homeowners insurance according to Cliff... then how did I sign my paperwork and get my home loan. If you're okay submitting the same paperwork more that 2 times and then submitting more paperwork months later then go with Huntington. I got my home in April 2017 and still having issues December 2017 I honestly would of rather paid a little bit of a higher interest rate if I wouldn't of had/still have these issues at this time
