LMAO The only person that does a good job and complete it with no complaints is the Secretary Please people Please don't take these butchers your vehicle The only thing they are good at is towing your vehicle Don't LET Them WORK ON IT YOU WILL BE Disappointed I Had over a 4k bill with them and I had to Remind them of the work they missed that was on the bill this was back in 2018 it's 2023 now and the vehicle is still not running correctly I also found out that this shop is a front for their own hot rod vehicles which I will not support The owner is greedy and rascist I will make sure that none of my black people will drop my car off to your white shop

They were a great place to go but not anymore. $4,800.00 repair and no one answered our questions about the repair. Week later, we had the same problem. J &J has been too busy to repair it so our RV has just sat waiting for them to have an opening. It has been three weeks now.

When the tough get going, J&J won't do the towing! They'll bill you for it though and then tell you to have the kind of day you deserve. The rudest people I have ever done business with. This is what happened:I bought a motor home on 08/01 and contacted J&J before doing so to make sure it could be towed to my home as it doesn't currently run. The lady I spoke with asked me if the motor home was accessible which it was very much so being located on a large open lot. The next morning, 08/02 I called back and made arrangements for the motor home to be picked up and I went in person to J&J's to drop off the keys and pay them for the towing in the amount of $245. About an hour and a half later, the company called me to tell me they could not tow it because the lot it was located on was grass. No one from the company ever asked me any form of question as to what kind of lot it was located on. I went back in person as I did not understand what the issue was. When I got there they claimed their trucks were to heavy to go on grass and that even though they did not tow my motor home as arranged, that I still owed them $75 for the service charge. I argued that they were the professionals and it was them, not me who should have known what kind of questions where to be asked. Not only did they insist on charging me but were beyond rude refusing to accept responsibility for their oversight. They did say they would go back if I could get it to the previous owners' stone driveway which I was not able to do so the next day I went in person for a third time to pick up the keys and get my refund. They issued a refund of $170 and still insisted on charging me the service call of $75. I refuse to pay for a professionals mistake so I told them I would be disputing the charge with my CC. The consumer isn't the person who should be aware of what is involved with a towing companies services unless such company asks them. They told me to have the kind of day I deserved which is how professional they are. Speaking of profession, I found two companies that had no issue with towing it off a grass lot. Express towing delivered my motor home to me exactly as I requested on 08/03 which proves J&J simply refused to provide the service they had promised me based off their preferences which they never once made known.

Only giving a one star so I can write a review.I called this morning to see if someone could tell me what the rattle in the front of my car was. The younger girl on the phone said yes bring it in we will look at it and let you know. So I dropped it off at 930am didn’t hear anything till I called at 3pm to which the young girl answered again and told me she couldn’t tell me what was wrong she’d wait till the boss got back to let me know. The boss text me telling me what was wrong. Awesome I’ll be there to pick it up soon. When I get there they tell me I have to pay said amount to get my car back. NO TOLD ME THERE WAS A FEE. The old lady behind the counter then says it’s in fine print posted on the wall in a picture frame. And I was “stupid for assuming it’s free” that I should’ve went around the sitting area and read everything posted on the wall. Then JOHN THE OWNER starts calling me names and slams his office door in my face and for anyone who’s ever been there the counter and his office door are right there. They are the most unprofessional rude money hungry people I’ve ever met in my life. Do not get your car looked at there or fixed they charge double what the parts cost. And they are junk parts.

They did a great job replacing the starter on my son's car. We had the car back the next day. The receptionist and the mechanic were both very friendly. I would also like to say that the tow truck driver was very prompt.

Really disappointed. Took my car into J&J with an issue and was told a part needed to be replaced. I had to wait over 7 months for the part to get in and when it finally came in and was replaced, I was still seeing the same issues as before. So I took it back to see if the part was actually working as intended and they said the original problem was caused by a completely different part they never mentioned before that they couldn't do anything about it. And then charged me to get my car back. So now about 8 months later and $1000 spent, nothing has been fixed.

Needed a tow when my car quit on me at home... J&J arrived on time, driver was professional, polite, and helpful. It was a little bit of a challenge to get the car out because of where it was parked, but J&J did not charge one penny more than the price quoted over the phone.Would recommend J&J and will use them again

Was quoted a price on the first call, first truck arrived, informed me I would need another truck, after a very quick examination. If i was willing to wait, it would be another hour or so. That's fine. Next Driver showed up with the necessary equipment, drove 3 minutes to my home, Then they charged me an extra $50. If i had found another tow, from a different company, how would they have gotten paid for the extra charge at all? No one Mentone a service charge until it was time to pay.Almost $200 for a 5 minute drive. Both Driver were nice.Service: Car towing

Had repairs done and they didn't fix all the issues. When I called them to ask if they could take another look they said it must be something else and would charge me again after they got $2k+ from me. I took it somewhere else when I had the money again and was told it is for sure that part. Called J&J to ask if it was covered since they already worked on it, and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it. I told them AGAIN which part it was and they are claiming that wasn't included in the work done previously. I asked how much it would be to replace and they said to drop it off and they'd call me with an estimate. They call me to tell me that part is dead and want $550 for the replacement and the diagnostic, after I told them which part it was and they just said to leave it so they could take a look. Now they are forcing me to pay a diagnostic fee to get my key back after telling me what I told them was wrong before I ever dropped it off.

The quickest, friendliest and easiest tow I’ve ever gotten. “Popeye” was super friendly and treated my car with care. The entire process only took about 10 minutes. If I need another tow, I know who to call. Plus, the price was extremely reasonable.Service: Car towing
