Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. Don’t even try springmeadows location cause it’ll take you about 10 attempts to get someone just for them to hang up on you and then never answer again. Every time I walk in there the employees are gossiping and conversating about politics and non work stuff while the phones are all ringing and the lines are building up. Definitely will be closing my accounts and going to a bank that ACTUALLY works and runs accordingly.

For a union bank that's supposed to be there for the union workers, but never answers the phone. I called there to get pre-approved for a car loan in 2021and it took a week and a half for them to get me approved. By the time they approved me, I had been approved by a few other banks with way better interest rates and had my new car in the driveway. They offered 5.99% with a dang near excellent credit score..hahahaha..that's not the way to do business especially for our all union brothers and sisters.

I'm not impressed at all. Has been the most difficult bank to work with. Have to call because apparently my username doesn't exist... they were a headache to deal with with getting a loan to buy my car. If I had the option, I'd pay off my car completely and all my money from my savings and switch banks.Wish I did more research on banks.

Horrible place to bank, you're better off putting your money in your mattress. They will take your money if you're lucky and you will have a headache getting it back. They never answer the phone so you have to drive to a location if you have a question. The staff they have "working" gives the bank a bad reputation.

Never answers the phone! I paid a loan two months in advanced and they sent me a letter saying I was delinquent on a payment. Said they would fix it and my balance then increased anyway. Workers rude and it’s a rip off. Would not recommend this bank.

They have no hours on Saturdays they do not post via their phone any message about when they're open or closed such as last Friday after Thanksgiving there is no way to deposit any funds into your account with an ATM machine you have to put your money in an envelope and put it in a hole in the wall and hope that it gets deposited half the time the envelopes do not come out for you to even utilize them to put in the money I will say that the people are friendly but I will not bank with them anymore

Every person I've dealt with here have always been very nice and professional and that is the only positive thing I can say about this credit union. Tried getting a mortgage through them, they told me I couldn't. I called another credit union and was qualified and starting proces for a loan that day. Needed help and used the online chat. They couldn't help with problem and told me to call them. I called them for 3 days and finally someone answered the phone just to tell me I needed to come in to fix the problem. During COVID we couldn't enter the lobby so I went into the drive thru to deposit $5,000 because I sold a car. They told me I couldn't give them that much through the drive thru and could only give them $4000 and I would have to return the next day to deposit the other thousand. Another time we used my wife's account to pay on a credit card, somehow the took the money out of my account to pay instead of hers causing overdraft fees for me. They couldn't give me a good reason how that happened. Another time they put a hold on my account because I used my debit card at cedar point and didn't tell me and again caused 4 bills to not be paid and causing penalties. Bank did take care of that eventually. So I have switched banks and have had zero issues with them.

DO NOT BANK THROUGH THIS BANK! Not only do they constantly make it impossible to check your account, or look at your account, or look to see what’s in your account! They wait till they wanna update the app, then change all your bank set up charging overdraft fees on top of overdraft fees and they do not care! I’ve been with them 5 years and it’s been nothing but problems ever since! I could literally go on and on about ALL the problems I’ve had with them but it would be an entire book! I work for jeep and I work with 7000 other employees and most of my co-workers say the exact same thing! Save your money and go to a bank that will actually care about u because these ppl do not! Please trust what I’m saying they are crooked ppl

Was a alright bank until they started charging people $25.00 to get paidAnd didn't brother telling their members they were updating their app and had no online excess for over a week

Nobody ever answers the phone! My card and checks were cancelled. By THEIR mistake and now after calling for 30 minutes, nobody can answer the phone. This Credit Union is a JOKE.

I've never been more disappointed in a CU. I've been a member since 2014. My debit card was warn out and needed to be replaced. They tried to charge me $15 for a new card.... So I closed my account. Poor customer service for a 10 year Jeep employee....SMH.....
