The worst company I have ever come across. Do not trust these people, they are scam artists. I truly don't understand how they're in business still. I bought a watch in August with a life time warranty. It didn't work. I brought it back. They took it to “fix†it. They said they would call me within 3 days to pick it up. They never called. I attempted to call them, their cell phone they use as a company phone was disconnected. I called the mall HR department to ha e them connect me with them. They had to have security track them down to hand them the phone. They told me to come in to get it. I got there and they had no idea where it was. They found it after 20 minutes. Got home, it still didn't work. I went back. They told me “there was nothing they could do for me until after Christmas.†Come back after Christmas to pick a new watch for an even exchange. They said they had to charge 80 dollars because “they couldn't sell the watch again.†Disgrace of a company. Poor attempts at providing any decent customer service.

Don't ever buy from this store. I've spent so much money at this store and got garbage in return. Stones falling out of jewelry and necklaces are not real. They give false prices on their jewelry and make you think you are getting a deal.... NEVER BUY THEIR JEWELRY!!! ITS FAKE GARBAGE!!!!

I used to love shopping at Limited when it was here back in the day when the mall was still Franklin Park. I'm glad that it came back to Toledo! The times that I've gone in there, the employees have been really nice. They've had pretty good deals on the clothing there (not sure if that's just because it's near the holidays or what).
