“I am a long time customer and have always been pleased with this unique establishment! Friendly staff, customer service, wide selection of quality merchandise and reasonable cost. Today I came to pick up a repaired bracelet that was made for my wife from an idea I had for my wife’s birthday. After many years a small repair was needed. It was a hot day and I was offered a cold bottled water as my repaired piece was retrieved. Nominal repair price and an offer to clean my own wedding band (complimentary) while we talked. Thanks again! My wife will be pleased to wear her special bracelet! I have always recommended you to friends and family.”

We already had a wedding ring in mind and she got us the best price in town. We were on a very straigned time schedule and she was able to get the rings sized fitted and soldered in one day. There is alot of merchandise that I was free to browse without feeling hacked. Guess that's what cameras are for. “I had a watch in need of repair. I took it to the place where most people take time pieces in need of repair. They said I needed a main gasket and crown gasket replaced. $60, and they would have it in a few weeks. I came to Yelp and found Tom Rumpf. He looked it over and said the main gasket is fine, but the crown needs to be replaced. He did the job for 1/4 the cost the other place quoted, and I had my watch back in 2 business days. Tom is now my go-to guy for watch repairs.”

“We’ve made a few purchases from them and we have loved the items ! Unfortunately there’s been an issue with every one of them and it’s so frustrating . The most important piece is my wedding ring . We went to them because they are always nice and friendly and reasonable pricing so of course we thought to go for this . I had to take my ring in many times in the first few months due to diamonds falling out of the band , when we purchased it one of the diamonds was offset and sticking out so I had to get that repaired . They sent it out for one of the repairs and the metal was then ruined and the diamond they used to replace it didn’t match the others , the prong was so smashed down as well . I just wanted my ring back and accepted it for what it was . I had to go in for missing diamonds after that yet again , I can say they’re always ready to repair the issues BUT why in the world do I have to keep going back . I’ve been missing a diamond for months because I just don’t want to have to be without my ring for a week or even have to go in and deal with this again ! I now have 2 diamonds missing , my center diamond is loose and rattles but again I don’t want to take it in , be without it then get it back in worse shape than it ever was . mind you , I’m a stay at home mom , I take it off when I use harsh chemicals and I’m very safe with my ring . I’m highly upset with the quality of my ring and the constant worry of losing another diamond to the point my husband just wants to buy me another but I legit LOVE my ring and the style . Again , they are all so nice and very personable but the quality of their pieces just doesn’t match the quality of service !”
